I asked for a written quote which Pablo sent to my email as I requested. I told him exactly what I wanted done. He did everything I asked and did a very good job. When it came time to pay, he said the job was bigger than he thought, and told me it would be more money. I am not happy about this as he walked the property before he gave me the quote and that is what I expected to pay.

He never showed up after we agreed with a price.
