Description of Work: I am a landlord and I have multiple rental properties and I have been using Olive Tree for the past 4 years for multiple carpentry jobs. They have installed stairs, cabinetry, closets, and many other similar jobs.

Description of Work: From time to time we homeowners need help! Our house needed to be painted this summer. We hired John Oliveira of Olive Tree Construction to do the job.We are very, very pleased with the outcome! John and his superb crew of five began with scraping and power washing to a fare-thee-well. They replaced any rotten wood they came upon (including all four windowsills on the north side). They replaced a number of shutters and hung them properly which will help avoid future rot. They rebuilt the crumbling masonry steps to our back door. They re-flashed part of the roof so rainwater would go in the gutter instead of behind some facia boards. They replaced some rotting supports on the deck.John repaired and painted three interior ceilings. He repaired two built-in drawers. He also repaired and painted every scrape, scratch, and dent inflicted on our walls and woodwork by my wheelchairs. He custom-built and painted frames for a couple of window air conditioners. The list goes on, but you get the picture.
