Consummate professional, arrived on time, work quickly, asked questions to make sure he got it right. Our garbage disposal wasn't working and he was able to repair that for us, there is no limit to what he can do.

OMG...I couldn't ask for better! The soffit and lattice look beautiful and he installed 2 doors under my addition to finish it off. I asked him to make 1 door open from the inside so during the winter I could open the door to shovel to the propane tanks. He wasn't sure how he would do that, but he did and good thing, because I got locked in one day and was able to get out by that door! The hardware he used on the doors were perfect. He's a really nice guy and I would recommend him to everybody! He does great work!!

No - not for a job like this. Skip is really good "contractor", but I would not really classify him as a handyman. He can do most anything and his work is beautiful - - but paying by the hour for painting is not a good idea. I just needed someone to prime and paint 1 wall of a room and to fix one of the older kind of broken windows in the same room. There was one shelf attached to the wall that needed to be removed.|Skip was prompt, cordial. He is also very kind and friendly and was able to squeeze us in between jobs. I should actually blame myself because I should have done more estimates and tried to find a real handyman. With my limited budget I could not afford to pay $600 plus materials to have just one wall spackled and painted and a window fixed. The price may be because he charges by the hour and he also needed a helper. |I believe Skip should be listed as a contractor. If you are looking to redo a room, he would definitely be someone to talk with. He does bigger projects by the job, not by the hour. |Again, his company's work is really good. I would just not hire him to paint or do handyman tasks by the hour. His price is really very high.

It went great. He showed up on time, did a nice job, and was friendly. We would definitely use him again.

I am very happy with Skip's work. When I first called him to inquire about the jobs that needed to be done, he responded quickly and made an appointment to take a look and give an estimate. He even called to say he'd be a few minutes late. These are the things that are much appreciated when it comes to service. I've called other handymen that either didn't call back or played phone tag and never set up an appointment. I realize that summer is a busy season but the fact that Skip called back and came right away shows he wants my business. On the day of the job, he came at the time he said he would and did an excellent job. The area for the door to be put in is a little strange and awkward set up but he built me a door that not only fits the area but looks amazing. He also did a good job with the clean up which is another thing appreciated when dealing with any type of job being done to your house. I would highly recommend Skip to anyone and am even having him return for future jobs.

We had one window that needed to be replaced. Skip helped us located the window model, which turned out to be only available in Canada! The Canadian model was way too expensive, so Skip helped us find a great equivalent model that fits right in. Skip measured and ordered the new window for us. On the day of the install, Skip arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The work was excellent, including replacing interior trim around window. We had a missing downspout on the roof and asked Skip to install one. While he was on the roof, Skip discovered a problem with our facia and sideboard. Instead of fitting under the facia, the sideboard was flush, allowing water to seep behind the wood and rot the sideboard. Skip did a great job explaining the problem. We asked for all the options, so Skip gave an idea for a "hack" fix, but really encouraged us to do it the right way. I'm glad we took his advice and fixed the problem correctly. Skip was very professional in all our interactions. I'd be happy to use his services again.

Mr. O'Neil gave an accurate description of the work that would be necessary. He showed up on time and completed the job in a professional manner, with good attention to detail.

I have an interesting house. Apparently very few parts of it are built to any "standard". Not surprisingly, my attic stairs were not either. Skip did not miss a beat, he was able to obtain the stairs and altered the opening to the attic to accommodate the difference in size. Everything was done when he said it would be, and the price was what he'd quoted. Skip was great from day one and throughout. He prefers texting which was perfect for me. It was very easy to communicate with him. I would definitely hire Skip again!

Came by to look at the job...Never came back...

I purchased a big deal for $419 for 8 hours of handyman work. The Service provider then told me he would be sending 2 handymen for 4 hours. These two guys must have taken at least four breaks, totalling at least 45 minutes. We're talking about three small rooms worth of carpeting here. I could have do this job myself in less than 4 hours but it was moving day and I had a bunch of other things to do. When they were done with the work the two handymen tried to tell me I owed them an extra $100 for travel expenses. He also then told me it would cost $75 to dump the used carpet (and then insisted I owed him an extra $180 total), but I looked up the price and it is only $0.10 per pound. I feel like I got ripped. Can you imagine paying $599 to have 500 square feet of wall to wall pulled up? The two handymen were also very rude during the service.

I was very pleased with his workmanship and I would use him again if I could afford him. The original job was quoted at approx 1800.00 and the final cost was 2600.

Went well, did nice work, was some confusion on the cost but was worked out in the end and we'd use them again in the future.

My husband and I love the work that Skip did for us. We needed more storage in our home and we had him dismantle the dilapidated shelving currently under our basement stairs and build bigger ones. He also built a shelf for our garage and installed the Rubbermaid Track system for us. He noticed that our basement stairs needed more support and took care of that as well. He is such a friendly guy and really works with his clients. We had different ideas on how things would be done and Skip gave us honest feedback without pressuring us to go in any one direction. We are very happy with his work.

I choose not to hire Skip. He was very nice and I had confidence that he would be able to do the job and do it well. However, his quote was higher than my budget would allow.

Skip and Drew were on time and worked steadily for 2and one half hours. They are personable and very easy to work with. All jobs were done quickly and professionally. I intend to hire him again as my list of jobs will keep growing.

The project went great, Skip is a hard worker and he did a great job. I will definitely use his services for any other projects for the condo.

I purchased a Handyman for a Day deal for $319. I just had one project to work on ? making repairs on my old wooden garage. It was bulit a long time ago directly on the ground so there was a lot of rotten wood that needed to be replaced. Skip showed up on time and worked hard throughout the day and did a great job. I couldn?t be happier with how it came out and I would definitely hire Skip again for other projects. In addition to the good work, he's a fun guy to be around.

Great work. Very polite and professional young man.

He was helpful and responsive. We had initial concerns about the deck being old and containing arsenic and he was helpful in determining what to do with the deck. He ended up doing a few odd jobs, like adding a cap to the deck and painting around a new door that was installed. The painting was great as was the cap. My only concern was that recently we had additional beams placed on the rails so they would no longer wobble. After they chip performed the work with the rail tops the rails now are wobbly again. This may be a quick fix somehow, but it is frustrating because I recently paid to have it fixed. Everything else was great.

He had everything delivered. We like skip he is very nice. My husband was a little surprised when the bill came because he had a helper to pay so the price went up a bit , but the work was done . Looked good . They were clean and nice so worth the money. He came back and finished the last item free of charge to make my husband happy,
