I had a French drain installed on my side yard to keep water from seeping into my foundation. Not only was that completed but in addition the brick foundation was cement over around the whole foundation. Santos also dug around foundation under the ground level and reinforced the foundation. He did an excellent job and worked very quickly.

I would highly recommend Santos and his team. I had some sod installed and he did a great job. He was on time and very neat, organized and didnâ t rush to get the job done. I would definitely use him again.

I hired Niz Masonry to remove 2 failing fences and install a new fence in its place. Santos and his team showed up at exactly 8am all 3 days they were here. Within the first hour of the first day one side of my yard was fully removed and they were starting on the posts. They went above and beyond to get the fence perfectly straight, and joined it perfectly with the posts joining our neighbors fences. All posts were installed at full depth with concrete. We had tree stumps that were in the way of the fence line on both sides of our yard and they went above and beyond, carving away just enough of the stumps to fit the fence panels in perfectly. The crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They were very careful around everything in our yard, cleaned up as they went and left at the end of the day with our yard perfectly clean. They were also very courteous of our neighbors and cleaned their yards as well. There were many spots in this job where they could have taken short cuts, but they didnâ t take any of them. They did everything by the book and iâ m extremely satisfied with the results. They wonâ t be the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for, and I feel like I got more than I couldâ ve asked for. Highly recommend!
