Water heater "died:" on a Saturday morning. On-call plumber called within an hour after leaving message on answering service. Not surprising that didn't have replacement unit available but asked that send picture of existing tank so could get parts first thing Monday morning. Owner called back Monday morning by 8:00 am and had crew out to house with work completed by 12:00 pm. Price discussed over phone included all parts and labor. Have used company for 50+ years for both commercial and residential use. While not inexpensive does quality work that is completed in one visit.

They removed the old hot water heater and installed a new one. Also installed instant hot water unit in kitchen sink where hole had already been made in the granite countertop. I later inspected all the work that he had done and noticed that he had run the copper pipe from the expansion valve down the side and middle of the hot water tank. The hot water tank is sitiuated next to the hot water tank with not very much space between the two but enough that he could have got it against the back wall. With him running it this way he made that space unusable for any storage. If he had run it down the back wall that space could have been put to good use. He also was not able to finish the installation of the instant hot water by the sink because the screw that came with the unit was too short. I feel that he should have got one and even come back to finish the job. After all he did go and buy a compression fitting he needed and he could have got the screw at the same time. The owner, Michael Russo called me the next day and I explained everything to him. He told me to call him when I got the screw and he will send the installer back to rectify the run of the pipe and put the screw in. The installation was done on the 6/3/14 and although I got the screw some time back I only remebered to call him on 10/22/14 to send the installer. It seemed he did not remember anything (and probably did not want to remember that he had spoken to me) and on top of it he wanted to charge me an hour just to install the screw and their location is only 5 minutes from my residence. Even though I told him not to worry about repositioning the pipe by the hot water heater. Would I use them again, NEVER. Obviously they do not stand behind their work.

Not very good AT ALL! Charged for 1/2 hour travel time at 85.00 per hour to travel five minutes to my home. Plumber took a one hour lunch break and charged me 85.00 for his 1 hour lunch. The work was okay. Calls about the excessive labor charges went unanswered. Charged 25.00 for a 6.99 Walmart toilet seat. Will NEVER use them again and you shouldn't either!

He was very good, reasonable and efficient.

Our interaction was good. They came out that same day. What stands out is the promptness.

They showed up on time and work was performed as requested. The only questionable practice was the billing of the time from when the plumber left their shop and arrived at my home. I was charged an hour for this time from their shop in Lynn to my home in Swampscott. If you do plan on using them, just be aware of this billing practice prior to hiring them.

I haven't gotten the bill yet. I am satisfied with the work so far. I would use them again.

The work done was good quality and was completed in a timely fashion. The owner comes at the start of the job but then an assistant does the work necessary. There was a small problem with the dishwasher in the hookup -- the plumbing didn't take the plug out and didn't leave a note, so the first run of the dishwasher lasted hours before I realized that no water was running through the machine. Communication, communication.
