I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found Ken at Marshall Plumbing on here. He was a LIFESAVER. Professional, nice, knowledgeable, and he took the time to diagnose my plumbing issue before doing the work. The issue was fixed in less than an hour for a very reasonable price where other plumbers were quoting me a few thousand dollars for work that ultimately did not need to be done. I highly recommend him and am definitely going to use him for any plumbing needs in the future.

He seemed inmature and was not professional.
Description of Work: He did not remove all abandoned plumbing when putting in new plumb. We still have an old outdoor water spiket in our new addition basement crawl space. He was messy and careless with our personal property; got glue all over the top of our fairly new GE Profile washer, it hardened between the time that he did the work and then we happened upon his mess, made excuses that he put his tee shirt down on our washer to cover it before working around it and essentially poked fun at the fact that we actually respected our personal property. He agreed to use some compound to get the glue off but then only partially did so. And, he was hired as a subcontractor and when the subcontractor did not pay him in a timely manner he made a threatening phone call to us, telling us that he was on his way over to our home and was going to wait at our home until we gave him a check directly. He did do two jobs for us that were not included in the GC's contract which included roughing in and then installing a pot filler in our kitchen and replacing a new water heater in our basement. We purchased both items and both of those jobs were done efficiently. He charged us $550 labor which he was paid directly and promptly.
