The Pro was very professional, did his job in a quickly manner and the work was beautifully done.

They were extremely reasonable, came out quickly, and did a great project, I would not hesitate to use them again.

This company totally fulfilled my expectations by completing the job, collecting and disposing of leaves. I had a lot of leaves in my yard and Mike Marckini did an excellent job of cleaning them up. I like how he discussed the job with me .

Had some nasty shrubs that were beyond my ability to handle myself. Marckini's came in and banged it out in a couple of hours.

Marckinis Property Services, Micheal told me lies and conned me. Showed up with some solution in a spray container. Says name of chemical is presermix removal bought at Garden World Saugus. Called them and went on their website. No such name for poison ivy and they do not sell it. It s a stone/mulch place. Micheal demanded money just at the start of job. I am wanting a refund of $500 I gave him the cash and he did not do the job left in a hurry with other 2 guys. He was going to do edging and brought a shovel never did job. He is a con. This man told me he takes payment at beginning of job because he s in court from others not paying him. He told me he has kids and need to pay workers. Micheal told me his guys needed a special license to use presermix ! They are all cons again never finished job and they did not use a real poison ivy chemical. I would like a refund of $500. There is no such poison ivy chemical named presermix removal.

Michael is a con artist. He wants his money before the job is done because he says he has been defrauded by people, but his scheme is to defraud you by leaving the job before it is done promising to come back, but does not. So his intent is to defraud people from the outset. By the account of others, this is a scheme he uses. Don't hire this guy because he will change the deal halfway thru the job. save yourself a lot of headaches and money. You wont be able to talk to him after because he shuts down his phone. A real con artist.

Beyond impressed with the professionalism, speed of service and value for the money cannot say enough good things about Corey, Brian and the whole crew!

I had 3 truck loads of wood chips that they spread in a large area of my yard. The results were great. I recommend them.

He started the job. Paid him in advance. Then he never returned to the job. We call and e mail no response. Don't hire this company. He is a corn artist.

Did not finish the job, was supposed to remove branches and leaves, instead , left in piles on our property. Did not call for days after we paid him for part of the job, until Angi called him. Not very reliable.

Our fence was coming apart due to a post leaning. Not only were our expectations met, they were exceeded. Excellent communication. Project was completed in a timely manner. Went above and beyond in multiple areas including repair to a part of the fence he was not aware of/asked to repair and ordering of additional parts to make the project aesthetically pleasing and complete. Will hire again for additional projects.

We hired him to do snow removal on our property for the season. The contract includes salting all grounds, shoveling the sidewalks, plowing the driveways for all inches of snow. Seasonal contract means Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, and Mar. we paid $390 for Nov and $390 for Dec. there was no snow those two months but itâ s a season contract, not a per occurrence contract so we were fine with that. But now it is January. It snowed last week and he didnâ t even show up. By the time he showed up the day after the storm, everything was iced over obviously, so he plowed one third of the driveway, gave up and left. It snowed again this week. Didnâ t show up at all. Everything has iced now. Marckini property services is one of those scam artist companies. They take your money and run. Donâ t believe a word he says.

He promised a service that he got paid for but the snow removal service was never completed.
