Responsive and prompt, got the job done efficiently.

I just feel they did a horrible job. I think he is a dishonest person. He came in here and did the work that he was not fit to do. Would not accept check only cash. He made Idle promises and that really bugs me.

Company cannot be trusted. They took a deposit for a job, never even started and they never returned the deposit. They were not honest. UPDATE 01/26/21: The contractor did resolve it, we did come to an understanding. I do feel he can be trusted. I feel more positive about this company now and he did respond.

Michael is very conscientious and hard working. We are getting ready to sell our home. We felt he was willing to do the big jobs all the way down to handyman type jobs. He also gave us great ideas on how to inexpensively boost the value of our home.👍

Michael s crew did great job. His senior mason was very knowledgeable about this type of retaining wall and did a great job fixing the wall in a very timely manner. Looking forward to hiring Marckini's property services for more work as weather gets better.

I found Marckini s service on line. I was just looking around and my phone rang and it was the owner Michael. We chatted about my Fall cleanup needs & then about snow shoveling. His price quotes were very reasonable and almost to good to be true. I decided to give him a chance. He & a helper came the next day and completely cleared my yard of leaves, debris & trimmed down my roses & other plants. They hauled everything away. Excellent job. Few days later it snowed and he came to clear me out, a bit later in the day but he came as promised. I m a new customer so I didn t expect him to fly over to my house, but I called him & he said he ll be there as soon as he can. He showed up when he said he would and cleared my driveway & surrounding walkways & street sidewalk. He applied melting agent to all areas and was finished in prompt time. Michael is a very positive business man, willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer by going the extra mile if necessary. Did not finish the job. Have to hire another person to do it right.

After all work was completed and I paid him the balance we agreed to , I asked for a receipt and he said he would E mail it to me that night ! He never sent me the recept . After chasing and speaking to him four more times in four days he finally e mailed me the receipt . For some reason he did not want to give me that receipt showing the work he performed. That s no way to show your gratitude to a customer nor think I would give him my business or a recommendation in the future ! Not happy with his buisinss ethics s but was very happy with his work performance !

After communicating with Mike, he and his team were able to come to the house and give an estimated amount for pruning all the bushes on the property as well as cutting the grass which had not been cut for a while as we had recently purchased the house and moved in. They began the work immediately and were able to complete it that afternoon/evening. They did a great job! Very happy with their work.

Quick response to the project and showed up next day. We agreed on the project scope and price and the crew was able to complete it right away since the equipment and labor were available. The lawn was cleaned up first and the aeration completed with many passes. The lawn was mowed after and looked wonderful. I was given clear instructions on future steps to take to ensure my lawn stays healthy. The overall process was easy, professional and good value. It was a pleasure to work with Micheal and his crew!

Mike and his crew were excellent and everything one could ask for in a contractor. Mike is very landscape knowledgeable, he showed up on time, he did a great job with my lawn, he and his crew were very nice, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely hire him again.

Michael and he crew came on a Sunday which is so unusual. We agreed on a price and the landscaping work was done correctly and completely. Very pleased I would definitely hire them again. They also do carpentry and other work that I am very interested in hiring them for in the near future.

The quality of their work was SUPERB! Also, they showed up on time!!!
