Never use them again! Increase price when came to do the service, and broke the promise that will provide a discount, asking for the same price for the 2nd time cleanup. Keep playing me and did not show up after promising to come for cleanup. No response at all.

I hired them to get leaves from around bushes, trim bushes , mow,, rake, edge the beds, and fix fence. He said his team would come. As it turned out, he only had two people beside him. The way he spoke, i thought he would have a large group. He really was not a landscape person. I asked him to cut the tree limb and he should have told me it would ruin the flowers attached. He NEVER did and ruined it. He had a small lawn mower that did not have a bag on it, so it had to be raked. He promised to come back on a specific day to edge the beds and asked for a great recommendation.. WELL, he never came back so this is my real evaluation. Do Not Hire Him!!!

Mike was incredibly responsive, and was on-site within a few hours. Heâ s transparent about pricing, and keeps you updated throughout the process. We were very impressed with the final look of our yard and shrubs that were cleaned out. Looking forward to working with them again.

I asked several times for an invoice and was promised one by Marchin and he never e-mailed me an invoice. His crew did an excellent job and were quite nice. Marckin should have taken 3 minutes and e[mailed me an invoice.

They helped us clean our front and back yard. Giving us a lot of valuable suggestions to maintain it. Super professional work!

He was a con artist. I had to give him cash only. I gave him $375.00 to mow my small lawn. I live in the city. He also weed wacked the patio and weeded the front. I am in the process of selling my home. There was a lot of stuff piled next to the garage. He offered to remove that. He charged me $250.00. He came back the next day looking for clippers that I had in the garage. I told him he could have them but parts were missing so he did not take them. I asked him if he could come back and weed the driveway but I wasn,t going to pay him, I told him I had given him enough. He said yes and he was doing to apply to get rid of the weeds said he would return. He has never returned. I never got a receipt for the work he did. I used your service before to repair the fence. I was very pleased. I have a receipt. You state in your terms that you screen the people you put on your list. I am a senior and I tend to allow the scammers to take advantage of me. Going forward I do not feel comfortable contacting Home Advisor. You need to up your screening on these scammers. he walked away with over $600.00 dollars from me in cash. He was paying his partner with my money in my driveway. Kids like this will ruin your business if you care.

The job was described in detail to the pro, he assured us that he would ensure that everything that we asked for was done. They failed to cut bushes at the street side of the house that were requested on site three different times. Failed to remove all of the cuttings left a giant pile in the middle of the front lawn, after being paid extra to take care of this. It was explained in detail, that the house was part of my father s estate and that I needed an invoice to be reimbursed from the estate. It is now weeks later and despite multiple requests the invoice has not been provided. My husband and I had to finish the job that we paid $1000 for this pro to do.

Nice person and the work was done quickly. It was a constant negotiation while they were here which was pretty off-putting. There were quite a few areas where they over-painted which was tough and they only did one coat in the service although he called back and said they'd put on another coat for free. I said never mind and did it myself.

Michael was quick to respond to take the job. We agreed he?d come on a Thursday. I got a call on Wednesday that he wasn?t going to make that day?I let him know that we had agreed on the following day. It was odd. Then, his team arrived on Thursday and walked around my small yard with me. I got a call from Michael saying he underestimate the job and that it would cost $100 more than we?d agree on. He agreed to come down a bit but I still paid $50 more than expected as his crew indicated there was more work. They cut some branches and cleared some small plants. All in all, my yard doesn?t look all that different than before they came. I?m disappointed and feel I overpaid for the service.

Needed general cleanup done on the yard. These guys made It out in short notice and a did a great job for a very reasonable price. Would recommend them to anyone and I will be using them again myself in the future.

Very professional, did excellent work in a timely manner. Mr. Marckini got back to me quickly and answered all my questions and gave me a very fair price for the work that was done. My yard has never looked better and I plan on hiring them again soon!

This is probably a good service if you want yard work or a very small job. Anything bigger and more complex I would avoid. I paid $1000 to fix a leak in my roof deck seal. At first, he was prompt and came over right away. He resealed the deck in a couple of hours and was on his way. A couple of weeks later after a big storm, I noticed a new leak. Since his work was guaranteed I figured he could swing by again and find the new leak. After three missed appointments without contacting me and giving me the runaround, I have given up. So basically I paid $1000 for a three-hour job that did not fix the problem. So in hindsight, I not only overpaid for the work, but I eventually flushed the money down the toilet because the leak is still there.
