I trust this man but I got a not quality job. I would not recommend this company to any person. His works are deplorable

He took my money without giving me the service, he is not reliable, he made an appointment and planted without calling.

Had a wonderful experience with Marckiniâ s Property Services. Hired them back in April to mow front & back lawn, trim hedges and trim up all along my property. The crew that showed up were wonderful and did a great job. Not only was a very pleased with the work that was done, the price I was quoted made me happy. Would I hire them again?? Absolutely!

I was recently in need of some lawn care including mowing and getting some overgrown bushes trimmed down. Everything ended up being a reasonable price and I was left with my lawn looking better than ever. Special thanks to Michael and his crew, they did such a great job. I will be calling again when it's time for a fall cleanup.

Great experience with Marckini's! Michael provided me with excellent customer service and an accurate quote. The job got done in a timely fashion and it looks amazing. Excellent paint work... I couldn't be happier! If you want an honest business and quality work then I highly recommend these guys.

Mr marckini and the crew that he came with were very professional and did a very wonderful job hedge cutting and cleaning up the leaves and putting new mulch.

I would not ever do business with him again or ever recommend him to others.I gave him one star in order to complete this review.. He does you no credit. His worker was nice and helpful. His too small mower was dieting. Michael was a fast talker who would only take money under the table. Elio did the best he could with the equipment he had. He did only what He was told by Michael.

His workers were very pleasant and friendly. Made sure that I was satisfied with the job when it was completed. They made sure all the mowed grass and branches was picked up and hauled away after they mowed and cut my bushes. Which I really appreciated considering the last company who did they work left the grass and branch debris behind.

Never finished the job after many promises to do so! It wasnâ t worth our time or effort to chase him. Calls went unanswered. Would never use him again.

Services are definitely pricier this year. $600 to have my lawn power raked and blown into the woods.

Michael responded quickly to my request for quote and got to work on the job within one day. The work was done fast and well. The only issue was that the initial quote was too low and we had to come to an agreement on a higher number.

I got a price estimate from HomeAdvisor of about $60 and I called Michael Marckini and he had me send a picture of my wall where my towel rack came out. He quoted me a price of $360 which seemed really high but I do not know anything about what is required. I asked him many times what that included and he would only say to fix it. When he and other guy arrived they looked at toggles that were in there and after 10 mins they went to get larger toggles and came back 25 min later and after 15 min they left again to get an allen wrench and came back 40 min later and 10 min later they were done. They only put the new toggles in and used the same hole that was there but he had talked like they would have to do some major work but they really only spent less than 30 min and got $360. He said he would send me an invoice but I had to call him each day and he would say he was sending it but never did. After 3 days he finally sent a text invoice that only said towel rock (spelled rack wrong) repair and it said it was for $350 but it was actually $360. He never did give me any detail. He took advantage of me and I am very disappointed and I will not use him again and I advise others to avoid his services.

I liked the quality of Michael team's work, and it is clean, when the task is picked up. Have the work in hand documented with pricing and timeline.

Michael's crew did fall clean up on my yard, and his crew did a great job. They arrived promptly worked quickly and got the job done fast. The workers were great. That said, there was confusion communicating with Michael and I felt pressured into doing additional work. Additionally, a shovel went missing and I am waiting for the return. Will consider changing rating if/when my equipment returned.

Michael is extremely well mannered and a genuinely nice person. His workers are easy to work with, very polite and do wonderful work!

Michael Marckini is a nice man, a decent man â and thatâ s saying something in this too often cynical day and age. More than that, heâ s more than a competent and trustworthy businessman and craftsman, heâ s compassionate and understanding. I needed very bad stains removed from my landlordâ s carpet. Sharing photos back and forth, Michael patiently explained the benefits and limitations of the â carpet cosmetic surgeryâ that available stain treatments entail. He gave generously of his time before I even asked for an estimate, and then promised to do the job at or below his cost. (I am a medically disabled veteran subsisting on limited fixed income.) As the proprietor of Marckiniâ s Property Services, Michael Marckini is a consummate professional whoâ ll understand and satisfy YOUR housing improvement needs, and I recommend him most highly.
