They were great and completed the project on time and did great work. We waited a year to add the review as we wanted to make sure that walkway can withstand the winter and it did. Leo was good in ensuring the work was done properly and very professional.

We wanted to replace our 30 year old wood deck with a composite deck so we met and received quotes from multiple contractors, but ultimately I decided to go with M&L Pro Landscaping & Construction. When we met with the owner, Leo, we felt he was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and very importantly, he gave us the best price of all the people we met based on the size, material, and brand of our choice. Initially, we only wanted to do the deck, but they were so good that we decided to ask them to replace our patio too. They were so good with deck and patio that we ended up asking them to fix our retaining wall too. Leo and his team were professional, reliable, courteous, and very hard working. We hired M & L to repair and shore up our decks for safety and attractiveness. Leo and his team did an excellent job and were able to get it all done in one day. He was very nice and friendly, but the price was too high for the job. They are all very friendly, but he did not bring some tools, and I do not agree with what I pay for what I get.

The team did an excellent job and were very efficient. We were able to expedite the date of our work which was an added bonus! We had a parking pad installed with crushed rock, stone dust finish, along with underlying dry well system for our nearby gutters. The team is extremely hard working and despite pouring rain finished the entire job in less than a day. We will be looking to hire again.

The hardest working group of guys I have ever met in my life and I have done multiple projects in my house using different contractors. This is the best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly professional and they showed up at 6:30 am and stayed until 7 PM. My patio is a stunner. We had an area of our lawn that despite care and irrigation would not reliably and uniformly grow grass. We hired M&L Landscaping to take out whatever was left of the old lawn and replace it with new sod. They did the work last fall and now with the spring this year it looks OUTSTANDING and is growing fast. The M&L team did a great job and we are very happy with both the results and their commitment to us in the future. A first class job done by highly knowledgeable professionals. We will contract with them again in the future for other landscaping projects.

Leo and his team completed their second job I hired them to do at our home. The first job was last fall. They regraded an acre in the backyard for proper runoff and repaired a 2 year old paver patio that was not done properly the first time. Always on time, good communication, and above all, a job done right. I invited them back this spring to grade the front of the property and customize the drainage that flows under the driveway. Another job done right and on time. They work hard and are worth every penny.

M & L Pro did a great job transforming our small condo association’s landscaping and fencing and did it all in only two days. We had an old, broken wood fence, ancient mailboxes and terribly overgrown plantings along the street, and Leo and his team took all that away and replaced it with a nice, white pvc fence and put down beautiful river stone instead of mulch. It looks like a totally different place. Their pricing was fair, there was good communication and they all worked very hard to get the job done right. We would hire them again in a minute and would recommend them highly.

They are honest about their schedule (typically short wait times) and the prices are very good. We were pleased with the quality of all the projects they did and would hire them again.

Leo was recommended to me in my search to replace a large 70 ft x 6 ft retaining wall and fence, which surround a swimming pool. He was the most reasonably priced bid, and once we got the permit approved, which required engineering plans, it took one week to demolish the old wall and put up a beautiful Ideal Block wall. Since the patio was half torn up due to the demolition, he asked if I wanted to redo the patio. It was more money than I planned, and he allowed me to pay over specified time frame. He added a small retaining wall 3 ft x 7 ft and did a walkway from the gate to the driveway matching the patio perfectly. He completed all the work in three weeks, passed inspection and we have a beautiful oasis.

Leo and his crew were just wonderful to work with. I have never seen men work so hard and accomplish so much in just 2 days of work. This was the second time I hired Leo and this job was much bigger. They spring cleaned my yard, mulched the flower beds that encircle the yard, layer down a people and slate walkway between my driveway, backyard & my shed. They also water pressure treated the rock wall that goes down both sides of my driveway. The blew off the moss, dirt & many years of crud. Then they grouted the walls and they look brand new!. They also landscaped my front walkways so that both sides are balanced. Leo, is just great to work with & I recommend him without reservation!9

Awesome! Leo and his crew were great. They were always there when they said they would be (7:00 am till 7:00 pm every days) and always easy to reach when I had a question. I would recommend them to anyone. Place looks awesome and we are very pleased. They never missed a day either so he job went very quick.

I hired him for a total new lawn with scraping of old grasses and soil to be replaced by new topsoil and grass seeds the grass never grew despite repeated watering just weeds grew he used a low grade seed that didn’t grow and I’m not too sure of the quality of the topsoil even though he mused plenty it looked dry too me and I questioned him on it he assured me it was fine,but he would not guarantee his lawn work, now I know why .the fence work he shorted me two panels then what we agreed upon , we were supposed to recite o L shapes of fences on both sides of the house but did not also two of the post are held up with rocks and cement not just cement, and the mulch was also short from the agreed upon amount he left areas bare that should of had mulch, I did not hire him for pathways or patio work but he assured me he was capable of being able to handle landscaping, I was wrong
