Ryan was excellent and knowledgeable in helping us choose LED lighting for ceiling and under cabinet applications in our home. There are numerous options and light colorations to consider when undertaking a project like this. We found his advice to be excellent and he was responsive and helpful when we needed to exchange several parts. Overall we are very happy with the result.

Great experience all around. We didn't know at the time but the owner, Lucy Dearborn, helped us select lighting for our master bath. No high-pressure sales at all. She took her time and explained the various options and helped us come up with a great lighting scheme using variety of technologies. All the boxes were labeled with our name, project, and task for the lighting (e.g. vanity, shower, under cabinet). The electrician was very happy to have everything organized in such a manner. When it came to installing, we realized that bulbs were missing from the order, Lucia Lighting quickly shipped us the proper bulbs at no extra cost. Everyone was very friendly and customer-service oriented.

Lucia Lighting is a beautiful store with an amazing selection and a warm, knowledgeable staff. It is absolutely worth the trip from Boston. However, I would not recommend their design services unless you are a designer. Their consultant came to our home but has been too busy (helping designers) to be very helpful to "average homeowners" like us. To her credit, she did try, but usually only has 5 or 10 minutes to talk between appointments every few days. It's not a total waste, we do benefit from the discount that comes with their consulting services, but I'm pretty sure we'd have gotten the same result if we walked in off the street and talked to any member of their staff.
