The crew as very nice and polite, but they made a mistake and cut the wrong tree. The outcome of their work caused serious and irreparable damage to my property. Fixing this problem will be costly. The owner agreed to provide some type of restoration for the damage but has not responded to any of my messages.

The crew Miguel sent were on time, very professional, and safely took down two trees that were next to water with no issues. All the work was manual as they could not use the bucket truck. It meant having to climb into the trees to take them down. Plus great cleanup after all the work. Highly recommend López Tree Service and Miguel. Thanks to Miguel.

López tree service was an excellent choice. They did the work almost immediately, communicated well, went above and beyond my expectations, cleaned up after they finished and were reasonably priced. They were also kind enough to send me photos of their finished work as I was not in town. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and suspect that they will now be our tree maintenance team!

Miguel came by on a Sunday to give me an estimate. They were professional, and got the job done at a good rate. The workers did even more than what Iâ  ve asked for. I gave them a tip.

Communication problem. Miguel speaks English. I was very clear I wanted him to remove all branches over the roif. I went out for an errand come back found them doing work for my neighbor! Did not have enough time to do another branch over the roif. I told him he was not done with the job. Backed his truck into my driveway and dumped logs and shredded trees in my yard. Had to call police. Caused an accident on the street backed up traffic. He has a very bad temper and I am reluctant to ever use Homeadvisor again!

They did a good job and the price was very reasonable, but their communication with customer needs to be improved.

Lopez Tree Service did an EXCELLENT job. They removed three small trees behind my garage and a big tree in front of my house. Price was very reasonable. They came first thing in the morning (5/3/2019). After tree removal, they went above and beyond cleaning the grounds. I highly recommend this company. I would rate Miguel and his team 6 stars if I could! After a thorough search for a tree pro to take care of not 1, but 2 jobs in the SAME day, of varying degrees of difficulty at separate properties about 40 minutes away from each other, I decided to hire Lopez Tree Service. He and his team were true pros from start to finish, with not even a branch of evidence left that they were there doing tree work. Pricing and workmanship were excellent, and he didn't even want one cent of payment until the entire job was complete. That's unheard of, but he told me that he trusts his customers, and I trusted him and his team! Being a realtor, I find it important to have a great group of professionals around me to recommend to colleagues, friends, and customers. Lopez Tree delivered 100% and I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone I can, as well as keep him at the top of my personal list for landscaping work!!

Great customer service , very punctual and very thorough.

He dropped by my house to view the damage from the fallen limb. He quoted a low price for removal of the fallen limbs. He and his men showed up on time, in the snow, the next day to remove the limbs. Excellent responsiveness!
