I was very pleased with JN Construction I had about 8 feet of trim rot ...fascia and soffit...beneath 2nd story gutter. He gave me 3 different bids per MY request...based on 3 approaches... ...replace just rot ...replace 30 feet of trim. ...replace 30ft of trim...new rolled gutter. I chose first option He went the extra mile...and painted the entire 30 ft...so it would look good. I look forward to getting bids on several other jobs from them. ...moss removal ...house painting I would DEFINETLY recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience with JN Construction. I needed help with moss on my roof and Ruben and his team made my roof look like new! The entire transaction was seamless. It was easy to communicate with Ruben and his price was more than fair. Within days he had my project completed. I will definitely be hiring JN Construction again. They are wonderful!!

This companys work was substandard. We hired him to replace some floorboards on our deck & 1 handrail. He made cutting mistakes on all pieces. The boards were undercut, so he had to use more pieces. It looks patched together and doesnt match the standard length existing boards. He used non-galvanized nails, which have all rusted. We found more gaps between the boards after brushing away some cheap filler that he used to conceal his errors. We also paid him to tack 2 panels of our homes siding back into place. He charged us $100 for a 2-minute job, and days later the panels popped up again. After spending $1,300 for what was a simple job, and should have cost @ $600, I now need to hire someone to fix all of his errors. He is unqualified to do carpentry work.
