This was a rotted trim board replacement project and power washing of one exterior wall. They arrived as scheduled and completed the jobs in a timely manner. The board replacement was well done but the caulking and filling of nails holes was not complete. I had to deal with that. Power washing was good.

I initially was planning on a smaller project, but later decided to expand the project to cover the whole wall. Ruben understood very well of project scope and promptly revised proposal. His price is very reasonable and the work crew were very professional and finished the project timely with high quality. They even fastened a loose gutter.
