He arrived on time. Also, he sent before and after pictures of the gutters that were cleaned. Price was in line with other quotes I received. He was respectful of my property. He didn t step on my flowers and he took all the leaves from the gutters away with him. Job well done!

Contractor should have brought certificate of insurance with him, not make us wait for it from ins. co. via email.

Excellent service - came right over checked out my roof - very next day the workers were on the job at 0830 - they power washed the roof - and I have a contemporary home with split roofs and they did a great job- cleaned up after they completed the roof - I would highly recommend these guys anytime.

Completely replaced, painted, installed and added supports to a 40 foot gutter on the second floor roof. Re-installed and re-supported all downspouts . Great job, will definitely use him and his crew again

Great job by Ruben, who was extremely flexible on scheduling my roof cleaning given that the work was weather dependent. My roof looks brand new! He even sent me pictures afterwards to show me what everything looked like from a bird's eye view. I appreciate Ruben's professionalism and would definitely hire him again.

I have a small cape home 2 gutters front and back. He had a worker put the ladder up throw what leaves that were in them on the ground. Left the leaves and he was gone. Took all of 20 minutes and it cost me $175. Did not run water thru my downspouts. Would not use him again.

JN Construction was professional from the beginning of our contact with Reuben. We discuss the project on the phone and then he told me he was in the area and would be there in an hour. He arrived right on the dot and proceeded to appraise the job and reviewed what we needed done and what it would cost. The price for the project was very fair and better than the other candidates and I asked him when he could start because I knew that bad weather would be coming soon. It was Friday and he said he could send a crew over the following Tuesday. When they arrived Reuben reviewed what they would be doing with me and then they all went to work and did not stop until the job was done. Then they cleaned up all the trash which had fallen from the roof they were cleaning. After that the head of the crew took me around to show me what had been done which was perfect and then they said good by and were gone. My wife and I were very pleased with the result of their work and I would happily recommend JN Construction to friends or acquaintances who were looking for some one to handle a similar job, which in my case was cleaning the moss and dirt off the roof.
