He originally wanted to charge $200.00. When I said no he changed the price to $150.00. It took him less than 1/2 hour to mow the lawn. He did a horrible job: parts of the lawn had streaks where it was not cut. He did do a good job with the edging at the curb. Too expensive and not a good job.

They did a great job in landscaping the side of my house. He made a few suggestions that worked out well. Very satisfied with his work. He aims to please. I would recommend him to others.

He actually came out. He was very nice. Very pleased.

Contractor listened to what we wanted, walked through the job area, and gave us a verbal quote. I asked for a written quote and was told I would get one. We scheduled with the contractor and he asked for a deposit to cover supplies. I gave him the deposit and he was to do the job that Saturday. The contractor moved the job to Friday and then to Thursday due to forecasted weather. I stopped by the job site the day they were working and reviewed what they were doing. It was not what we talked about. The back yard was to have loam brought in and be seeded. He cut the weeds and put it down some spot areas. Spread some seed by hand and called it complete. The front and flower beds were completed as discussed. However, the price was very high for work performed. We had discussed additional work originally but quickly changed our minds.

Jimmy handled pretty complex job of building a bluestone patio and retaining walls on a graded/sloped land portion with great zeal, hard work, and in a great time frame. He handled the modification requests and change of plans during the job with great patience. The end result is a beautiful, sturdy and elegant patio that both he and I are proud of.

Although the work was good, they did not follow simple instructions. I have two dogs and had asked them to p,ease make sure that when working in the backyard to make sure the back gates were closed at ALL TIMES while they were working. After the first times my dogs got out because they left my gates open when they left the property, I called them and reminded them of my policy on keeping the gates closed. Jimmy the owner said sorry sorry it won?t happen again. The second time I am at work I get a call at work from not only my neighbor who found one of my dogs wondering around her home (near a construction zone) and the dog is deaf, but a man driving up my very busy main street past another construction zone and almost to a very busy main road that found him and brought him back and put him in the yard and closed the gates. I then called Jimmy and was Assured that it WOULD NEVER EVER happen again. The next time I was at home and they were finished in the backyard and i looked outside and the gates looked closed so I let the dogs out, little did I know one the men had opened one of the gates and started working again with the gate open hence the dogs got out again near the construction site luckily my neighbor was outside and brought them home, Jimmy?s excuse was I wasn?t finished yet. I basically said our agreement was no matter if you were working in the backyard or not the gates were to remain closed AT ALL TIMES PERIOD. three strikes you are done. beware and next time i will get it in writing..

In addition to bi weekly lawn maitenance service, Jimmy and his guys torn down and rebuild a retaining wall for us. He is on target with the time and the workmenship is excellent.

He and his assistant worked hard. His price was a little high but I liked his attention to detail. Was suppose to call me with a price for another job but lost my number so he didn't get that one.

He did a patio of pavers and some concrete as well. I was extremely happy. He was prompt, and fair, and worked quicker than what he mentioned in the timeline. I'm a very happy customer!

I had a very good experience with them. I called after 5:00 PM on Friday evening and left a message, they promptly called me back to schedule meeting for the following morning at 6:45. They arrived on time, meet with me, gave me a very fair quote and shortly thereafter cut my lawn, approx. 3 acres. They did a great job, very meticulous and attention to detail. I highly them to anyone who is particular about the appearance of their lawn. Kim
