They worked very hard and very skillful. Only thing they need to pay more attention is to protect the customer lawns. The heavy truck had damaged my side yard lawn because they did not put the boards under it.

Wow! What a great crew and what a good job. I needed to have large limbs from a neighbors tree (most of it leaning over my prperty) and were touching the roof of my house. Within a few minutes of listing the job on H.A. Juan called and we scheduled a meeting for the estimate. The price was very reasonable and the crew arrived on the agreed date for the work. I was impressed by their excellent work and their equipment's quality. In less than an hour the limbs were cut, cleared away and chipped, and everything cleaned up. If your looking for prompt, reasonably priced professional work, give JC and his brothers a call.

Not only did they do a great job, but they cleaned up everything that was trimmed. I figured I would spend a weekend cleaning the yard myself, but you would never know they were there.....except for the missing trees!

JC gave me a reasonable quote for the work I needed. They showed up on time, took down the trees, left everything clean and are super nice guys. I highly recommend them!

Juan came out on 5 August 2019 to look at trees and give an estimate on removing five trees. Some branches were going in between power lines, that was my main question, "You wont have an issue with those? You have worked on trees near lines before", I was assured there was no issue. We agreed on a price and he said they would come the following day at 7am. We sign the paperwork and I provide my email address (so he can email over proof of insurance as he said he would, he never did) and a check for an $800 deposit. 6 August at 7ish am they arrive and I talk with Juan, his crew standing right with him. No issues, no anything. Juan leaves and about 5 minutes later his crew is knocking on my door saying they can not do the work because of the power lines. Juan can not be reached by phone so he can not come back to the house. The crew leader Edwin suggests calling National Grid to shut down the power lines (they do not do that, I called). National Grid can come and trim any branches near lines, but that, according to them, could take weeks to months. Never, between 6 August and 20 August does Juan try to contact me. On 20 August I ask for my deposit to be returned so we can get the trees cut from an arborist that can do the job. In the meantime my fiance has found out from the town that tree work with trucks will need a police "escort" to direct traffic. JC says we do not have to do this and does not want to contact the police to set it up. At this point I do not feel comfortable and tell him to return the deposit and we will go with a tree service that can do the job. He tells me that they will be out on Thursday 22 August to do the work. I decline and ask him to mail a check. We go back and forth, he is arguing with me telling me that they will do the work on Thursday (mind you, everything tree related is the exact same as it was on 6 August, so unsure why they could not work around the wires then, but can now). I ask for my deposit back a few times and he proceeds to hang up on me. My fiance calls him back and pretty much has the same conversation with him, he ends up hanging up on her. On 21 August between 11:37am and 12:11 pm, he calls me 5 times. I called back at 12:55, 12:56 and 12:58pm, with no answer and can not leave a VM because mailbox is full. He calls back and tells me (TELLS ME.) that they are coming out tomorrow to do the trees. I again tell him no, he can come out today and hand me a check for $800 or mail one. Those are the only two options. He hung up on me and I have moved on to Home Advisor to help me resolve this unbelievable debacle.

Did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. Showed up on time, finished on same day as promised, and totally cleaned up job site before leaving. Job in question was a big one--removing an extremely large old tree overhanging numerous power lines and neighboring houses, without much room for crane to operate. Very skilled operation!

JC came and gave me a quote the same day I made request. He said he could cut down two massive trees in my backyard later in the week. He came when he said he was going to and his crew did a great job. They weren’t able to use cranes because of the placement of the trees so it was a very labor intensive job. They were able to complete the job in two days and did a great job with clean up also. JC was reasonably priced, in fact, lower then the three other quotes I received. I would highly recommend!

I needed a big tree in my backyard trimmed and a huge branch that had fallen in my neighbor's backyard removed. JC and Edwin showed real customer service, their trimming work was VERY precise and in both yards, their clean-up was top-notch. So much better than other tree services I've dealt with.

Juan and his crew were able to take care of removing a couple of trees and shrubs really quickly. I would definitely recommend them, and will be working with them again.
