I contacted few different landscaping companies including JC landscaping. They were the first one to respond and they stick with the scheduled time to come over our house to check the requested job. We walked through each of my requests one by one. We scheduled a time to remove 3 giant pine trees and 1 oak tree. Trimming 5 trees and remove 3 stumps. They called few times to confirm the day/time for the job. They showed up early (as early as 7AM) on the day of the job. very professional and friendly crew. they walked me through how they were gonna do the job and how long it takes to finish etc. very informative. Cutting and pruning completed in one day and they left after cleaning all the dirt/wood particles and dust from the driveway. Next morning they came back to finish the stump grinding with same friendly and professional attitude. Again cleaned all the mess from the driveway and even from the porch. Their equipment is suitable for the job and highly recommend them. will use them also for full landscaping of our backyard in the fall.

They did a good job. However, the communication was not done well. They ended up having to use two of my neighbors driveways, not just one. The trees came down quickly and the cleanup was good. When we went to pay their credit processing was not working. He kept asking for a check and I wanted to put it on a card. Other than that they worked quickly and efficiently.

Juan and his team completed the job as quoted. I am very satisfied and highly recommend JC & Edwin to anyone looking for skilled tree removal services.

So I have conflicting feelings about this the trees were cut and the pickles up afterwards everything went smoothly tree wise BUT once we walked around the house with one of the workers my husband noticed one of the pipes from the house was hanging loose tangled up on the power lines, when he asked what happened they told us it was already like that (We have lived in this house for years we know everything about our house) after multiple times of asking and telling them to fix it the guy came out and said that one of the branches knocked it down when they were cutting the tree after a little bickering they were able to untangle it and bring it down and its laying on our backyard. So tree wise great job but when it came to responsibility and honesty not so great.

Make sure you identify and mark which trees to be cut down because owner Jon would not honor the initial verbal agreement in the midst of doing the work , and wanted additional money to do what he said he would do. His tree trimming left the trees unbalanced and refused to correct them. Also, Jon gave me the run around about the starting date. My bad for not specifying work to be done in writing.

I had a few trees removed and the process was efficient and the price quote was great! I highly recommend them.

I have hired other tree companies before but not one of them do the quality and service that these guys did removing my trees. I ended up having 14 Oak Trees removed altogether. Some were over 50 or 60 feet tall and 4 foot in diameter at least. I highly recommend this company. They are number one in my opinion. They did a great job.

Their equipment created ruts in my front yard and did minor damage to my driveway. They did not remove branches that the salesman had agreed to remove.

Fast, efficient, polite,neat, and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. Can t beat that!

After signing a contract and making a deposit to JC Lanping, they called to inform they'd received a bigger job and couldn't start on the agreed upon day. That was not acceptable, however, they sent a team to begin work the day before the agreed upon date. The men showed up without knowing the extent of the work and left within 15 minutes without doing anything. I contacted them to inform that I did not want them to continue and wanted my deposit back. They informed they would return the deposit via email (I assume e-check), however, that has not occurred despite several attempts to contact them. They are no longer answering or returning my calls.

Showed up to the house and got to work within an hour of me reaching out

My property had been neglected all summer. The crew trimmed all of my shrubs, arbor vitae and rose bushes. They mowed my lawn and installed a bush on the side of my house. They performed these jobs very quickly and expertly. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a flawless performance. I could not have hoped for a better job. I highly recommend JC. He gave me the exact result he promised. Hire him. You won't regret it.

The crew that worked on my yard did an amazing job, fun to watch how well they worked together. And my yard was cleaner after they left than when they came despite having cut down 2 large, tall trees. In and out quickly relative ti the work they did, Very efficient.

They worked very hard and very skillful. Only thing they need to pay more attention is to protect the customer lawns. The heavy truck had damaged my side yard lawn because they did not put the boards under it.
