This was not just a simple gutter repair but rather an attempt to figure out how to help prevent ice dams by stopping water from getting behind the gutters and down into the soffits. DG was the first to respond to the HomeAdvisor request (in fact, only 2 of 6 gutter repair people ever responded to this job) and came over the same afternoon, a Friday. We had a long discussion about some different solutions and agreed on a plan. When he returned Monday morning and took a closer look at the situation, he proposed a new fix that was even better than the others. So I like that he continued to think about the job and really wanted to do the best fix possible. He took his time with the work and I think it is the best possible shot at fixing this problem that has been a nuisance for several years. Good attitude and professional work!
