They came promptly and did a really good job cleaning the moss off our front roof. They did not leave any type of mess which was great. There was a little misunderstanding in that I thought there would be one person at $35 per hour and the owner came with a helper so really $70 and hour. It was still a good value.

I contacted to clean the gutters and downspouts. l don't know how he could have cleaned the downspouts on one side of the house. He said the hose wasn't long enough to reach so that he could clean them and he did not have his own hose or any other equipment to clean the downspouts. He used a leaf blower to blow debris from the gutters but had no way to check if the downspouts were clear. The ones on the other side of the house were clogged and that was the side of the house without trees. He charged me for cleaning gutters and downspouts but he should have told me that he had no way of cleaning the downspouts on one side of the house.

David called within a couple hours of my request and came out to quote within 2 days. We were happy with his quote and he did they job the same day. Our gutters were packed and he cleaned them and ran water down after to make sure all was good.

David responded immediately! Showed up on time, performed the repairs to our gutters, very courteous, knowledgeable, explained the solutions and the work was completed within an hour and a half after his arrival.
