The job was flawless. John estimated the whole thing very accurately down to the weight of the shingles being removed to allow me to rent the smallest and cheapest dumpster for haul away. They stripped the whole roof and didn't even lose any satellite dish signal strength. They salvaged and reinstalled my existing aluminum gutters again saving me money. With 2 trucks and a small crew, the job was done in about 3 days, and they even ran a rolling magnet across the lawn in case they missed any roofing nails with the tarps. The roof extension ended up meeting the sunroom exactly as needed even though the specifications weren't even on a print, having been described verbally over a phone. My only complaint is John can be hard to reach during the day - he answers his own calls and won't pick up if he's on a roof or running a saw.
Description of Work: The Collins brothers replaced a 40 year old roof on my raised ranch at the end of last summer. The job also included the addition of a roof extension (cricket) to connect to a sunroom being installed by a separate company.

The job went very well. The Collins brothers had never done this exact type of work before and are not affiliated with the company that built the sunroom, but they were able to do the whole job from a planning guide. The installation supervisor for the sunroom company had no issues whatsoever with all the prep work and the room was installed with a crane in one day without incident.
Description of Work: Site preparation for a prefabricated glass and wood frame sunroom. Pour Sonotube concrete footings 48" deep. Build a supporting frame for the sunroom, which weighed 4,400 pounds. Dismantle older screen porch and strip vinyl siding and shingles from area around sunroom. Cut away overhanging soffit so sunroom could meet wall of the house.
