Benicio and B&D did a fantastic job on our deck and screened in porch. They had a great design for the redo and executed well and they stand by their work. So pleased we had them do some exterior painting and plan further interior projects.

My roof was starting to show sign of ageing. I was starting to lose a lot of tiles in the past few months. I called up B&D to get a quote to replace my missing tiles. I was told that one side of my house had one layer and the other side had two layers. After thinking about it for a while, I decided to replace the entire roof. It took about a month for them to get started. The reason for the delay is because of all the rain we have been getting this summer. When B&D started, they completed everything in two days. That included removing the chimney, stripping the entire roof, adding weather guard, synthetic felt buster, roof board rake and new GAF HDZ tiles for a 1400sqft house. They needed to use my neighbor's driveway for one of those days. B&D did a great good job of making sure no debris was left in my neighbor's property. B&D also did a great job of cleaning up our property after they were done. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The new roof looks great and hopefully it will last us 20 years. B&D was extremely professional during the entire process.

The crew did a great job. They came out promptly in early July and provided a quote on the day of initial call. They provided an excellent quote and was hired on the spot. They measured for correct hardware installation and suggested it could take upwards of 3 weeks to obtain materials. Near 3 weeks later I was contacted that they were ready for installation and they promptly showed up when they said and performed the job with a high degree of quality and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

GREAT! This team was fast and professional. The roof came out beautiful. The owner, Benicio, was very knowledgeable, competent, and super nice. They also repaired my gate. My neighbors, whose driveway we needed to use for the ladders, said the driveway was cleaner afterwards than it was before!

Benicio and his crew replaced my 30-year old gutters and installed all new gutters and downspouts, all in one day. Their work looks very good, and the price was fair.

I was contacted within an hour of requesting a quote, and the owner was at my home within an hour of that to provide an estimate. He returned the following day to perform the job (repairing/replacing a small section of asphalt shingles), and quickly completed it in a satisfactory manner. The price was reasonable. The only negative of the whole experience is that he showed up a bit later than expected for the job and it interfered with my toddler’s daily nap (was supposed to come in the morning, came early afternoon). Overall, I would hire again and recommend to others.

Very well. Mr. Gomez and crew arrived two days before a major winter storm. They repaired a leak in the roof, making sure it was done correctly. I relied on their expertise and feel it was justified.

The job took one a half days to complete. I can't say enough of the quality of their work. At the conclusion of the work they left the property spotless. I highly recommend this company, they really know their stuff.
