great - they were available on short notice, punctual, took the time to explain everything to me and even looked at another pest problem I had and advised me how to treat it on my own (offered to treat it for me, of course, but I was on a budget...)

We had an ant problem around our skylight which we suspected was also in the surrounding ceiling. We called Band B after seeing the Angie's List reviews and visiting their website. They were available for the date I requested and assured me they would take care of the problem. They called first and were on time. Keith was very patient, down to earth, and extremely knowledgable about pest control. He not only treated the problem area(which we could see working right away) but also the perimeter of the house and offered us advice on things we could do outside to minimize pests. We learned so much, even about types of mulch which we never knew. We were so pleased with Keith and relieved that we found a trustworthy, caring person. The six month warranty also puts our mind at ease. Money well spent and a great overall experience.

The exterminator showed up on time and explained everything he was doing. He sealed up a lot of holes within the apartments to keep the mice out as well as put out bait in all units and basement.

I called B and B early on Monday morning and explained that we had found carpenter ants as we started deck repairs. They told me they would have someone come at noon. Rich was at my door at 5 before 12 - very prompt! I showed him where the problem was - he explained what he could do to treat the area and proceeded to do same. He explained the warranty on the service and said to call if there was a continuing problem. I was impressed by the prompt service as I had never used this company before and would recommend them highly.

No one enjoys coming home to a swarm of termites or waking up on Mother's Day and finding a swarm in your dining room. But if that happens to you then you want these guys. I called John on a Monday morning - panicked. He was calm and very kind and told me he'd meet me at my house at 3PM. At 3PM on the nose, John was at my home. He immediately put me at ease. He asked me some questions and did a quick investigation of my basement and surrounding area. He confirmed termites and we scheduled a date/time to banish these critters for good. John Sr. and his co-worker were at my house at the specified date/time. They worked fast, cleaned up after themselves, were extremely professional and afterwards John Sr. went over everything with me. He was very reassuring which left me confident that I wouldn't be waking up again to find unwanted guests in my house.

They came for the first treatment for roaches and mice. They treated both units, the basement, and backyard. They explained how to avoid problems with pests and what times of year to have them back for the best results. I have already seen a decrease in roaches. We did not really have a mouse problem inside the units, but I feel better preventing them nonetheless. I will check back later for a follow-up later in the year, but I am satisfied so far.

It isn't big, but is constructed of wood and I've seen the ants out there before. It seemed completely adequate for the purpose, and no ants have been around since the treatment last August.

Showed up on time and was very kind and considerate. Found an ant colony and explained every step of the process and what to expect for the next few days.

They did a great job, I will use them again for all my pest control needs.

Very happy with the provider. We dealth with the owner. He was friendly and thorough. He did not try to upsell us which was a plus. He was the epitome of an honest businessman.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. I might need to have them come back out because we're still seeing a few of the ants. They did a good job. The ants kind of increased initially and then it scaled back since then. I had called and was gonna have them come back and they were gonna spray again and I actually cancelled that appointment so I need to reschedule it.

The young man who came to spray was very pleasant. I haven't seen many ants since, but he encouraged me to keep an eye out and be sure to take advantage of the 6 month guarantee.

Visit went well, person was professional and pleasant. Gave information on what to look for over time, told us to call them anytime there was a concern about ants.

This was done about 8 weeks ago and we have not had any ants in our house since.

It worked out fine! There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. The first treatment didn't work or it partially worked and so they had to come back out and do it again. They were just alright. They left our front door open. They exited from our front door and never closed it. So when I came home our front door was wide open!

I am thnakful we had been given the 90 warranty, because I had to call him back. We still had ants. He came back just a couple days later, sprayed inside the home. No ants since then. Great job.

Went well. The first time out they sprayed for ants outside the house. Obviously did a good job as there was no sign of ants or ant damage after the treatment. Unfortunately, the ants came in the house. Band B had to come back a couple weeks later and treat the basement. Hopefully this takes care of the problem. I will be calling them again in the spring for an annual treatment. Nice company to work with.

We could have set the clock by his arrival. A pleasant young man came, inspected inside and outside, upstairs and downstairs. He sprayed the foundation and the base of some walls. The spray will also help with our spider infestation.

So far so good. B and B Pest Control’s technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and had very good rapport as he addressed a few questions / concerns that I had. At the end of the service the technician encouraged me to call them back within the 90 day warranty period if I had any issues. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were punctual, courteous and professional. I would have given them "a"s in every category, but as I have just had the work done, it is not possible to judge effectiveness. They did not do garage (within square footage of add) but maybe that is not a necessary component of the operation. They advised that I call them back within the 6 month warranty period if I have a problem. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Big deal purchase on 6-30-13 and they scheduled the appointment on Wednesday 7-3-13. Very nice and friendly. They arrived on time and explained what they would do ex needed to drill a couple holes in the stone steps to make sure they treated all around the outside of the home. He even crawled under the deck to get that section of the home. We had a few signs of termites but they didnt seem to have penetrated the house yet so I was glad to have the treatment to be sure the house was protected. I told him that i recently (couple months earlier)had a house treatment from another provider for carpenter ants that were eating up a very old shed we demo'd and he saw there were some ants still so he sprayed that house section for ants as well. I am very happy with Band B pest and will be using them again for the ant treatment next year

This is the second time I've used Band B in the last year and they always do a great job. The technician was on time, early actually, which is always appreciated. He preformed the service thoroughly and was more than happy to point out specific problem area and things that can be done to prevent the ants entering the premise. I will absolutely call Band B for any future pest control problems and would recommend them to anyone in need of pest control. Their services are well worth the money.

B and B Pest Control were good. The guy's a good guy. He's prompt and his prices are good.

I have used them for years and call them once a year or whenever I see bugs. They have always been very reputable and have done a good job.
