Fine. Came back 2nd time when we saw more ants with no extra charge.

They wanted to follow up. They are willing to do anything. They want to resolve the problem. The service was good they are reliable. They came in on time. The guy did a good job. I was happy with the service. I will recommend it to another person.

Keith - one of the nicest guys to ever come to my home was friendly and professional and just pleasant! He explained what my problem is and why... In a very nice manner! He then shoved and contorted his six foot plus frame into all kinds of places and corners all over the house. He was just terrific and I believe it worked!!! I don't hear the little Bastardos anymore... Thank you B & B and especially Keith for your help!

Most nearly perfect! The exterminator explained everything he was doing, told us what to expect, what to do given the various possible scenarios. Haven't seen a mouse since?should have hired B& B from the get go.

The service was fast. He appeared to listen to me and sprayed in those areas. He then went outside and I presume he sprayed the exterior of the house as well. He did say that if I did see any further ants, to wait 10 days before calling to give the chemicals a chance to work. My only negative was that he did not look very professional.

The Provider showed up on time, actually a little early. He appeared to be thorough and was pleasant .

John and Doug were both great. Came to deal with a huge ant problem at my new house. Explained everything they planned to do. Went to the house while I was at work, completed the job, cleaned up the mess, hauled away extra debris(at a price), and then called to explain what they found and how it all went. Spraying came with a 6 month warranty. Honored the $50 Angies List coupon. Great. Profession. Highly recommended. Will use again.

This was a special deal. Amazing response to my request. Had an appt. within a few days. Very nice professional took time to discuss my concerns and educate me. Very knowledgeable. No carpenter ants seen since spraying. Driveway ants - not as concerning I learned -relocated ant hills further up the drive closer to the street. Not a problem for me. I did request another specialist from the company contact me regarding termite inspection. Technician promised to add that to his report, and I have no reason to think he didn't put it in report. Someone in the office missed this or dropped the ball. Not a critical enough issue for me to call them which I could have done. They missed a marketing opportunity. I'll wait now for another special deal. Only reason for the"B" rating for price is I have no idea of what a fair price would be. (I always think I'm overcharged for everything! ) I never shopped around. Overall, happy with the service and would probably call again if there is a problem.

The service went very well and he was very nice. He took care of the bug problem for us and gave me 3 month warranty so I can call him if we had any issues.

The service tech did everything that was promised

I was very pleased with the service. In addition to treating my house for termites, he also treated the house for carpenter ants aswell as treated two sheds on my property for termites. Although there was not an active termite problem, the house has had termite issues in the past. The service was easy to schedule and was performed at the day and time agreed upon. I was not required to be present for the treatment. They took great effort to make sure that the material was placed in all appropriate locations, clearing brush from around the house and sheds where necessary. I strongly recommend B&B Pest control and I will use them again in the future

They were quire responsive, friendly and punctual. The person who did the treatment was very confident and knew what he was doing. I was a bit concerned for the person who did the treatment because he did not use any protection for his body or face (potentially breathing the chemical). However, he did a great job and the large nest of wasp was treated and we did not get any problems after that. He also treated a few other ones that were smaller and around the house that i did not know about.
