I am extremely unhappy about this service, back in December I hired this company to repair a leak. Now 6 month later I was told that they did the repair only for 6 months and I need to pay again to have another repair or even a new chimney. I paid a lot of money for nothing and I am extremely unhappy.

Started out well and then became untrustworthy... We hired Luis and team for 3 projects. The 1st was the most pressing because it involved an actively leaking ceiling that required inspection of the roof and ultimately replacement of for rubber roofs and the 4 decks above them. This was a big project that took over a month. The other projects involved replacing the flooring on a porch and building a 3rd room. We were clearly giving them a lot of business because we had faith in them. We were initially pleased with the work that was being done. Luis and his team seemed like hard workers. There were some hiccups along the way. They're not the best at problem solving and we had to give them a lot of guidance on how to work a drainage system for the roofs. But we were willing to overlook that given the work they were doing. The deck/roof project took longer than expected but again we overlooked that because there were some weather contributions. We were then ready and excited to start our next project. We had already paid in full for the Deck and roof project and gave a down payment for the porch flooring project. However when it came time for them to start the porch project they suddenly disappeared. We called, texted, emailed and eventually heard that they wanted more money. They explained that the contract only covered parts and not labor. However the contract clearly stated that the amount was for both parts and labor. When we couldn't come to an agreement, we said we would no longer be continuing with our projects. They agreed and they also agreed to return our deposit. That was over a month ago and we still have not seen the return of our deposit (they have cashed our check). We again have called, emailed, texted and eventually Luis agreed to personally bring the check this weekend. Once again he has not shown up and we have not received our money. I have never written a negative review, and I hate that it has to come to this. But we truly feel we have no other recourse, except legal (which will be our next step). Lewis and his team due to good work, however the misleading change in pricing and the dishonesty is unacceptable. We had every intention of giving them a lot of work which would have been a lot of money for them. I would advise anyone considering hiring them: really review your contract carefully. Although in all honesty we did review our contract very carefully with them and it didn't seem to matter.
