A 1 Exterminators

A1 was responsive and professional from beginning to end. I called and left a message, they returned the call and sent an inspector. Subsequently they sent a technician and he was friendly, professional and took care of everything. Definitely recommend.

It was very easy to make an appointment for Saturday service. we were given a three hour window from 8 am to 11 am. The tech, Bill, showed up within the allotted time slot. He came across as very knowledgeable and performed the required service. It has now been six weeks, and we have not seen any rodents or evidence of them since Bill was here. The only issue that I have with this company concerned the financial aspect. 1) In their ads, they state that they accept all major credit cards but what they fail to tell you as that they don't, when the office is closed. By the time, the bill was prepared, the office was closed. So we had to pay the entire amount by personal check. 2) At the time that Bill was preparing the bill, we informed him that we belonged to Angie's List and asked for our Angie's List discount. Bill said that we had to call the office on Monday. I called Monday morning and spoke to Tanya. She put me on hold while she checked with billing. She came back and told me that we would get a refund of $37.50 for being an Angie's list member. Three and half weeks passed, still no refund. I wrote a letter to billing, enclosing a copy of my Angie's list December 2013 magazine showing that I am a paid member. Two weeks go by, and nothing. I called again. This time, I spoke to Tanisha who was most apologetic and promised action. Two days later, I did receive my promised refund in the mail. As for the and quot;would you use this provider in the futureand quot; , Angie's list really needs an and quot;Don't Knowand quot; option. I probably would use this company again if 1) they accepted credit cards as stated and 2) able to get the angie's list discount without a hassle.

General extermination and removed several hornet nests.

first they told me I had carpenter ants, then maybe mice. The first person who is the surveyor took the fiber samplings from me and told me he was taking them to the office for further investigation. I never got them back and the technician they sent had no idea/information regarding what they determined from the sampling or even knew of them. treated for mice not ants and not sure my problem is solved. Wait and see

It went well. When I called they could send someone the next day. The first serviceman was running late so they called to let me know and they sent someone else. It was only a matter of an hours difference. The service Don was very professional and informative and gave me a good explanation of this process. I am not seeing them on the first floor anymore. Still see some in my cellar and they are coming to spray again in two weeks. I am very pleased I choose this company. I also got the 15% off coupon.

Technician came on time. he asked what problem we were having. i showed him around the house and then he worked to resolve those issues. He seemed to be very thorough. It rained after he treated the exterior foundation so I asked him if he'd come back and reapply on a dry day. He came back on The following Saturday to reapply spray to the exterior foundation. I was very satisfied.

The exterminator (I beleive his name was Bill) was prompt and on time for the appontment. He came within a few days of calling the company. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We luckily ended up not having termites but if we had we would have definitely used this company. And the inspection was Free of charge unlike the other company we were going to initially use who wanted to charge just to come look at the potential problem.

After 2 years in our home, we had some issues with carpenter ants. This was noted by the previous owner and they recommended A1. The technician was on time and answered all of our questions. He was also knowledgable and didn't seem like he wanted to just get the job done and take off. Very thorough. So far, after more than 2 weeks, we've only seen dead carpenter ants both inside and out. We will keep monitoring as they are hard to get rid of, but overall, we feel A1 did a good job. The discount was also helpful in securing A1 to do this job.

Unfortunately, mice and droppings are still appearing in two of the units. He has been very responsive, coming multiple times for free; however, we still have the problem. He was here today, and left a bunch of traps. It may just be that eradicating mice in the city is impossible. We used to have a cat; I think we need a new one.

My technician - Bill (#62) was very informative and patient. He answered all of my questions and dealt very professionally with my tenants. I would recommend A-1's services to anyone and would recommend Bill's (Technician #62) services to anyone as well. I was very satisfied with his work.

They were great. I called on Fridays and they called me back on Monday. They were out at the houses immediately. In both cases they kept us up to date on what was caught, when the holes were filled in the roof etc. They gave out cell phones of their workers who always called me back. I thought they were wonderful.

They were very nice. They were really responsive. The office was pleasant to deal with. I was able to save 15% with an aL coupon.

I have had not problems with A-1 Exterminators. I like that they are prompt, they keep to schedule, they are here when they say they will be here.

Very good, still have mice but they will come back for six months at no charge, they stand behind there work. I will update my ratings and comments once work completed. So far very good.

Nate, the serviceman was very knowledgeable and friendly, punctual and clean. Excellent job. I would recommend to anyone. They will not try to upsell or perform extra cost work. The email reminders are helpful for appointments.

They were very responsive and gave me on Saturday an appointment for Monday morning. That was very cool! It would have been good though if the gentleman they sent had had those little booties that you can slip over dirty shoes so your carpets stay clean. I was also a little taken aback by the price for the job: over 250 bucks and that was with a 15% Angies Coupon (of which they had not been aware at first) and he was done in 30 min! Maybe the jobs should get priced by time spent and not by a flat fee. That would be much more fair! I would also have appreciated some more tips how to keep pests out, but he wasn't the most customer-oriented type. Just did his job - and that's fine, as long as he was successful. Fingers crossed!

I heard about them through my husband's business, they have them every two weeks. I have never had any problems with them. Like every company, we just have to ask them if they are just going to do the basic thing like they putting down traps; they have to tell us that so that we know that we are going to get more than just the daily visits, and that we have to pay for the traps. They are very good from what I hear. We will continue to use them in the future.
