Outstanding. On time delivery. Clean dumpster. The driver provided friendly, specific suggestions about using the dumpster and what to avoid. They called ahead to confirm the pick-up date and were on time. Totally careful with our driveaway and surrounding trees that were somewhat in the way of the truck. Wouldn't go anywhere else for this. A+.

Fantastic. The quote was easy to request online, the followup call was quick. They had plenty of options for my project, and the pricing was all reasonable and transparent. No hidden fees - they were very upfront with overage/special fees before I even committed to the service. Scheduling drop off was easy, scheduling pick up was even faster. Bin was clean, didn't have any holes or anything, and they put down wood to protect my driveway.

Perfect! The dumpster was delivered when promised and picked up when promised. The dumpster was clean, brightly colored and in great condition -- not an eyesore. And they placed it exactly where I wanted it. Both the drop off and the pick up drivers were professional, efficient and very courteous. Great experience.

I've used several dumpster services in the past couple years, I did't have trouble with the others but I'd lost their cards and was looking for a new service. They have a nice website showing the actual dumpster sizes with a person standing next to them (it's amazing how most don't have this), they're clear about the items they won't take or will charge an extra fee for. The price was better than others I've used in past years. The drop off and pickups were prompt and on time. The dumpster was in very good condition, they're often rusty and beat up with the door latches difficult to operate but this one was freshly painted and the latches easy to use. It was also painted with the company name and colors, it's always a little unsettling when you call one company and the dumpster has different colors and just an old torn sticker from some other dumpster company on it.

From start to finish I was impressed with the courteous and friendly staff that I dealt with at all times. It's not an easy thing to find these days I've found out lately.We started a construction project and were left with debris to take care of and finish the job ourselves. We needed to rent two dumpsters at two separate times. They worked with us each time and let us keep them at minimal cost for over two weeks. I never thought rent in g a dumpster would be such a nice experience, but it was! I would recommend them highly to anyone I know

Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. The cost was on the lower end for the size and the weight limit was at the upper end for the size. Went very well. dumpster was clean, large, freshly painted. they delivered and picked up on time. Very professional to deal with.

Dumpster rental was for 1 week. Prior to delivery I specified where the dumpster would go. Prior to arrival, driver called and left me message. Upon arrival home, dumpster was situated properly per the verbal instructions. Pick-up was the following Monday. However, there was nothing to indicate at what time on Monday the dumpster would be retrieved. One of the contractors at my house had parked his trailer near the dumpster and was not there when the dumpster people showed up. At the same time, there was no call or indication when the dumpster was going to be removed to make sure it was readily accessible. Got assessed an additional charge - i have no idea what it was for. The company just billed me with no explanation. Communication after service - POOR. Would I use again - probably not. Other providers out there are comparable in price and allow you to call when the dumpster is ready to be picked up. At the same time, they invoice when the dumpster is picked up - not before and they provide an explanation as to what you were billed for.

EXCELLENT! This company is awesome. In particular, if you live in a residential area you want this dumpster because it's not the ugly dirty thing you see other places. These dumpsters are distinctively neon green and clean. We had it in our yard for nearly a couple of weeks and neighbors all remarked on its cleanliness. For their part, the Paradises are a wonderful couple who run this business and understand customer satisfaction. They are pleasant and honest as they come. They will instruct you on how best to load the container and provide documentation on what you can'/can't put in it and what will cost extra. I would definitely hire them again. You should, too.

Had to change my initial scheduled date due to the size dumpster I requested was not available; was able to reschedule without issue

it went well. Due to a backload in holiday pickups the asked would I mind keeping dumpster for a few days to help alleviate the pickup crush. I agreed, and there was no charge for the additional time per their request.

I can't say enough nice things about Bin There Dump That. Not only are Julie and Mike super customer oriented, they are responsive to calls and emails and really listen to what you need. Then they are there on-time and on-budget. If everyone I hired was this customer service focused, I would be a very, very happy customer indeed. Call or email them now. You won't regret it.

The price is great and after checking around, their cost was even less than others. The dumpster was the most clean I have seen. They even put a protector under the dumpster so that it did not harm the lawn. They were prompt on the phone and did exactly what they said they would. They are awesome. I will defiantly use them again and I would recommend them.

Everything was great!!! We had some troubles with another rental company and Bin there dump that was able to deliver dumpster next day in the morning after we called them - and it was Saturday! They always came on time, very friendly (over the phone and in person) and if we'll need another dumpster we'll use them again!
