All of my inspections failed. We are filing a complaint with the state because of their work. They never completed this work. We would not use this company again.
Description of Work: They replaced our roof and repointed our chimney.

Our overall experience with Better Built Builders was extremely poor. We would never hire this company again!
Description of Work: Mr. Carroll, the contractor/owner of BBB, performed less than half of the construction work that he contracted to do on our home. He abruptly left our job without notice, leaving our home addition partially framed with Tyvek flapping in the winter wind, and without any insulation or windows. Our frantic calls to him were never returned. Mr. Carroll did not complete the work he was paid for. We had to then hire another contractor to finish the job.
