Jeremy talked a good story, but was not able to finish the work he promised to do In the end, I paid him for what he had accomplished, trusting his word that he would come back and take care of the remaining work; my big mistake. Many times he would not show up at, last minute, as other jobs would take precedence over mine. The end result -- a walkway that is mostly finished, but lacking some of the borders at the top.

Jeremy hung in there and finished the landscaping job, despite the "inclement weather", which caused some appreciable delays. All in all, a good guy and a good company!!

They repaired our wall in one day!

One of the few place I found that would do fieldstone wall repair. They did a nice job repairing sections that had collapsed and matching to the rest of the wall.

Very professional owner and crew. All were very nice individuals with extremely friendly personalities. Took pride in their work and in making me the homeowner happy. Over communicated in a great way about the job throughout entire process. Very skilled and hard working. Will hire them and recommend them at all times going forward. Have dealt with several different local companies over the last 20 years and none come close to the performance of Atlas.

5. Between June 29th and July 2nd (Thursday), Mr. Letarte crew (the number of people working on the property varied and Mr. Letarte was not present 100% of the time while they were working to oversee them). My husband spoke with Mr. Letarte and his team about the importance of not hitting the septic system, and he pointed to the specific area of its location. Mr. Letarte never asked us about property plan to verify where the septic system is. 6. On July 2nd, around noon time, one of the crew members hit the septic D-box and sewage started to flow on the property. Mr. Letarte was absent, and we called him immediately to notify of the accident. We also called a septic tank emergency service to pipe it out, so we could at least use the toilets in the house. The septic tank holds 1,000 gallons and each toilet flush uses 2 gallons of water. We have 5 people in the house, so we started to conserve on flushes, take showers outside using a garden hose, do laundry and wash dishes by hand outside. 7. In the meantime, we were informed that the damages are significant, and it would take multiple inspections and approvals by the board of health. We found a reliable and experienced local contractor to do repairs. 8. In addition to the septic system damages, another landscaping company that we hired to fix errors in workmanship made by Atlas Landscapes, Inc. charged us for emergency services and subsequent removing the incorrect material brought on our property (two invoices attached). 9. The septic system got repaired and fully functional on Friday, July 24th. Our family finally could take a decent civilized shower and we started laundry â many bags accumulated over 22 days without being able to use sewer for anything, but flushing toilets.

Great crew that instinctively know what to do next. No loafing. Clean up was great and supplied information when asked. Very professional.

Atlas does great work, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your project. Their attention to detail on the patio was unbelievable, I d recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy did a fantastic job, showed up as arranged (a huge plus) and worked with our schedule. He listened carefully to what we needed (a redo of a yard slope done incorrectly by a prior contractor) and added thoughtful ideas. He reshaped the lawn, reseeded with a layer of topsoil, tore up a dilapidated walkway and used the stone to attractively line a flower bed. He also constructed one 3' and one1' stone wall to match existing walls. He's a high energy can-do guy. Great working with him. We would happily hire him again.

Did a nice job on replacing my walkway, but did not get the paver color I requested. It's fine to suggest to a customer to go with another product, but when the other product is not the color they asked for, there should not be excuses given, just rectified before the product was even put down.

Everything I wanted was done very well and quickly. The one surprise was that the lawn seed was spectacular. It grew in so fast and is lush and thick.

Once we got them on board the service was wonderful. We are very happy with the results. The crew they sent to the house were very professional, they worked very hard, fast but fastidious to cover our acre and a half of property. Bottom line, it was money well spent. Jeremy is very, very particular about his work. He talked to me each day, gave suggestions and listened to how I wanted my project to look when it was done. He wants to do my job to perfection because he knows it is very visible being in the front of the house and he wants me to take a lot of pride in my house, with an attractive look for my neighbors and people who come to our house.

Quick & efficient

Jeremy was great to work with. He took the time to come look at our yard to see what he could do in order to clean it up and make it look like new. He was prompt in getting us a quote, which seemed more than reasonable, so we hired his company to do yard cleanup and mulching. They took less time to do the job than originally thought, and we were very happy with the results. We will definitely be contacting Atlas again for any future landscaping needs.
