It was really fun picking out a door. It was cool to see the door I wanted virtually. It was easy to see how each door would look in my space. On the the day of installation, the guys arrived promptly at 8am as scheduled. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up any debris and were very neat about their work. I love my new door! It feels really good to feel safe and secure when I lock my door. My old door was original to the house and was not very secure and was drafty. This new door makes my house look nicer. I had two new windows installed in 2020 and now June 2023 a new door. Thank so much for your great work.

When I called Patrick Kubala Home Improvement for an estimate, Mr. Kubala returned my phone call in a timely manner. He came out the next day at 9:00 am and was prompt. He listened to what type of door I wanted and showed me all of my options. I selected a door and screen. The price was reasonable. The day of installation, his staff arrived at scheduled time and did an excellent job and also did a great job with cleaning up. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Very well! Patrick (owner) personally responded to questions both on the phone and by coming to our home to review their quote (which we originally thought was high) and explain the procedure, techniques and time needed to complete the job. The workers were friendly and efficient, as well as being very skilled at their job. Patrick has lived up to all promises including proactively replacing a window which was damaged in transit. Removed and installed the two doors in one day. The deck took about three days. ( 14x16 deck ). Crew was very professional and accommodating. The slider moves easily and is air tight. It is are main entrance and gets a lot of use. Best warranties out there for doors. Glad I had it done professionally. You get a better quality door and installed right. I was going to be getting my house painted, but when I'd gotten a quote and learned what it would cost, and would only be guaranteed for 5 years, I thought of checking out vinyl siding. I immediately thought of Patrick Kubala as he'd done my sunroom 7 years ago and did a fantastic job, was great to work with. Patrick was out with a price quote the next day, and I signed the contract the day after that. The siding cost less than 2 paint jobs would've: a no-brainier. All phases went very well: prompt, professional, courteous workmen. I was fully informed of when things would be happening and received quick and accurate responses to all my questions., I'm not exaggerating to say it couldn't have gone better and I highly recommend Patrick Kubala

Everything went very smoothly. The crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day. Whenever I contacted Patrick Kubala (owner) with a question, he responded immediately. Whenever I discussed anything with the crew, they also responded to my questions and were very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick Kubala's Home Improvement company.

We were having problems with the locking mechanism of the front door of our house. Once it wouldn't work at all I started to do some research and found Kubala Home Improvement locally. Once I put in a call he respond with an appointment the next day to look at the problem. After inspecting the door and the locking mechanism we decided since the front door was over 20 years and not energy efficient we decided to replace it. In our conversation we discuss replacing a bay window in my master bedroom which noticed there was air coming through. Once again Mr. Kubala showed us the options and we picked out one. Mr. Kubala called us to give us a delivery date and for the door and window. Mr. Kubala called the day it was shipped to the warehouse and set up a date at our convenience to install both. He took the time and made sure the time and date for installation was at our convenience and not his which I was impressed with. His crew came at the scheduled time and was very professional in making sure there was tarps lay out on the hardwood floor so no damage to them while taking the door or window out. The door and hardware was installed and made sure everything was what we ordered and if we had any questions. The bay window interior finish match perfectly the wood trim in the master bedroom and looks great. Mr. Kubala crew was professional and cleaned up afterwards and left no debris around. If you looked around the house afterwards you wouldn't know my window in the bedroom was replaced. I would use him again for he delivers what he says and his very professional.

Arrived on time. Were on task, did a good job. Workers could have been a bit more friendly. As I recall, Patrick had an issue with the coupon on Angies list, stating that it wasn't worded correctly, but he honored it just the same. We found a few nails in the lawn and shrubbery from the old gutters which were replaced. However,we were satisfied with the end result. Three years later, we have no problems - everything is working just like it should.

They did a terrific job. They are a very professional company.

My overall experience was okay and a little bit shaky. I had 5-6 different quotes from contractors and basically, everybody was same. The salesman could be a real pain. The fellow just goes with what you are asking about and then starts talking about something else. Overall, they seemed to do a good job. The roof stills holds fine. We had a hailstorm, gulf size balls. They were out here for the complete week to fix the roof. The shingles we picked up, we got a rebate on it because it reflects the heat.

They were quite a bit more expensive than everyone else that I got an estimate from. They were also the only ones that didn’t give me a written estimate or provide any other information. They showed up on time.

I would recommend them to others. They were very good. They were very polite. The workers who came to do the work answered all my questions and didn’t act like I was imposing on them or anything. They did very good work. I was pleased with the work. I think that they did a good job. Their price was a little more than the other one I called but I didn’t think that they were good. So I think that their price was good. The windows look good to me and I haven’t had any problems in these few months. It wasn’t that long from when I talked to them and agreed to have them put the windows in. They told me when it would be here and they were here. I liked them.

The work was done quick and efficent. They were able to fit the repairs within my insurance claim. He was very easy to work with.

It overall went very poorly. I would not have asked for an estimate if I was not serious in doing the work. My intention was clear from the begining I wanted to obtain estimates and review the work and product each company had to offer before making a decision. I was not planning on merely going with the cheapest company.

I called Kubala Home Improvements for an estimate to replace all of my gutters (keeping existing downspouts). Patrick arrived on time and was very professional. We decided to accept his estimate and agreed on a time to start. At the appointed time it was not Kubala Home Improvement that arrived but instead it was Mr. Gutter. They did a fantastic job however had I know that Kubala sub-contracted his work, I would have called Mr. Gutter direct and saved myself the middle man cost. No reason for the switch was offered.

The guy that came was very unprofessional and condescending. He gave me the quote on a white lined piece of paper. It was terrible. He was just very rude to me and he kept saying that I could get a truck and ladder quote from anywhere. He couldn’t tell me who would be on the job. I was extremely dissatisfied and I wish I hadn’t called him to the house. He didn’t come with an agency shirt, he gave the quote on blank paper, and he came in a rental car so I didn’t even know if he really was with the company. It made me very nervous. I tried to schedule around my baby’s schedule and he was late.

Patrick did an excellent job and he stands behind his work. He is probably a little more expensive than most but he does a better job than most. I have recommended him to two other people. He does very good work and follows up well. The roof is a 3800 square foot roof and it was $22,000. It was stripped and I bought the best shingles I could buy. I would absolutely use him again.

It went ok. They used a sub contractor as far as I could tell.

It started out well but over time they worked shorter and shorter days until I said something to the sales rep. I had a problem with some of the seems on the metal and with some of the molding looked bad. At first they fix some of the seems right away. But after a while I had trouble getting them to fix things that didn't look good. They never did fix all the problems. Instead on a rainy day they handed me a all most empty can of touch up paint and a open tube of matching caulk. In other words do it your self! I found the owner Patrick to be smart mouthed,and sarcastic. The salesman Steve is the only true pro. Some of the workers were very good some were so so. If I had it to do over again I would have go with someone else.

They did a great job on the roof. It was fast and efficient and it came out perfectly.

Company needs all owners of the home there to discuss the work needed to be done, which is probably a good idea. I would say this company prefers to do "entire jobs" (ie: the entire roof, all windows, all gutters, etc.). The Representative felt it would be too expensive for us to use their company to repair areas within a larger area... (ie: partial roof damage, only one window replacement, etc.). We needed several areas to be have work done from the winter ice dam damage and not "complete" areas. Representative didn't feel the damage on our home was enough to use their company. He was honest that he didn't want to take the job.

The tornado of 6/1/11 threw my neighbor's 100 foot oak tree on our roof. The roof and the front of the house was a mess. I called Pat Kubula to come out to give us an estimate for the damage. He was here within 24 hours and gave us the estimate. He was here before the insurance appraiser came. He said it would take him two weeks to get back to this job. He was here in exactly two weeks. The front half of the roof was redone and it perfectly matches the other shingles. I also had him vinyl side the front of the house, fix the soffits, gutters, new shutters and a new door. It looks absolutely beautiful. Pat is extremely professional and cares about how the work comes out. He always comes back at the end of the job to make sure everything is done to his standards.

It wasn't that great of an experience. It wasn't a great sales pitch. I didn't feel comfortable with them. They were pushing us to sign a contract before we were comfortable with them. Their answers to questions weren't that great.
