I conducted my business completely over the phone. The estimate was given and I agreed to the terms. In about two weeks the job was completed. The only negative would be that when taking down the old gutters, the nails were left on the driveway which could have caused flat tires. I would recommend that this sort of thing be cleaned up before leaving.
