Prompt response to both assessment and the job itself. Professional and personable. Very good workmanship and cleaned up work area as if they were never there.

We required a very tough foundation repair. Two other contractors declined the job and another gave an estimate at more than twice of Mr. Home's quote. Jeff and Anthony worked jackhammers for hours to break through 3 feet of concrete mixed with river rock then to dig 4 foot footings. As with any old house, problems are encountered along the way and they just handled them without additional charges. Very professional, personable, trustworthy and kind.

This was one of the best experiences I have had. The team was very respectful and efficient. They did a beautiful job, came when they said they would or called if they were delayed for any reason. I have had this type of work done in another section of the house and this job outshines the other by a long shot. I totally would recommend MR. Home for work that needs to be done. They were so great doing my waterproofing that I am having them do my bathroom. Love this company.

The whole project was immediately done and done well. How do I know it was well done? The answer to that is I had already researched it on the internet as to types and what needed to be done to remedy it. I was quite impressed in that the person who came to remedy it used all the necessary protective equiptment to protect himself and me and my puppy as well as my home.

Never pulled one permit for electrical I have six outlets in one room and none in the others I would not let him work on my worst enemy's house we did not get 21,000/dollars worth of work and I will be speaking to the town inspector to find out what my options are but do not deal with this company

The person who provided the estimate arrived on schedule and we had a written estimate when he left. The two workmen arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area before leaving and were very professional in their demeanor. This is the first time I've used this company but wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Jose was very nice and explained everything. I wasn't happy when they wanted to charge me more but we did get that situated with me calling the office as I wasn't paying more than I was quoted. It took a long tme for the wall to dry but it seems dry right now so now we just need to wait and see if the waterproofing worked.

They did not complete the job as designed. Their crew argued with the homeowners when the homeowners noticed errors and asked for them to be corrected. Do not use them.

Mr. Home came out to do the estimate when he said he would, Bernardo and his helper were also on time, explained everything they were going to do, did a FABULOUS job and cleabed up after themselves. Highly recommended.

The installer Barnard was very friendly and informative explaining everything that was to be done and how the system works. Also removed all items in basement that i wanted to remove due to mold and mildew issues. Every thing was cleaned up after completing job. I got 3 estimates from home advisor and they were the least expensive.

Adam, who came out to give an estimate, was very professional. He gave estimates on 2 areas of mold. The men who showed up to remove the mold were very nice, and explained exactly what they were going to do and how they would treat the area the mold had been removed from.

I think the cost was a bit high for the work done. During the estimate I felt more actual foundation "patching" would be done when in fact the walls were basically just painted with a cement and bonding agent. The workers felt the outside of the foundation should have been repaired first so the inside would not be damaged by continued leaking. In only a week, the walls are already seeping water in places when it rains hard. I doubt I will call them back, everyone was nice enough, I just think I need to call someone who does the work himself or is at least on site when the work is being done.

I thought Mr. Home to be prompt , friendly . They cleaned up after themselves . Overall , I would hire them for other projects .
