Mr. Home did a great job.

Mr. Home showed up at our door stating they had come to clean our gutters. When we told them that we were not expecting them, the reply was "Didn't Bill (William Sweeney) call you? They gave us a quote of $125.00 to clean the gutters and they did a good job. They also gave quotes on other jobs (sidewalk repair, new gutters, etc.) When it was time to pay for their service, I was told that the cost was now $150.00. They said they spoke with Bill and he told them that because they came from Massachusetts, the cost for the job was higher. They told us they were already in the area having completed another job so when we stated that shouldn't the cost be $125, along with being what they quoted, they still said no. Although they did a good job I felt like I was now dealing with a car dealership. I kept my cool. I could not wait to submit this rating. Good workmanship but unreliable in the pricing.

ServiceMagic rocks. A friend recommended I try this service and within an hour contractors were calling. I hired Mr. Home who did a great job. He was polite, professional and had exceptional customer service. The price was good.

My husband is having surgery and can not climb ladders because of a previous injury. The task was to secure a down spout that had become unattached and replace another part. Simple job but Mr Home was professional in every manner. They also cleaned my gutters. They were quick and made sure the job was done right. I would recomended them.

Bill was fantastic. I'm a Realtor and I am representing the buyer of a house with a small potential mold issue. Bill went out to the house and checked it all out for me less than 24 hours after I called him. He called me with a full report on what he felt the issues were and then faxed me an estimate. I will definetly use him in the future.

He came out and left me two quotes. I never saw him. He didn't leave a mess behind. Never would have known he was here.

These guys are awesome! We felt comfortable with Mr. Home the day we met the owner for the estimate. Bill and his project manager, Bob, are very thorough and helpful. We had our basement gutted from floor to ceiling, waterproofed, a sump pump and new windows installed. Mr. Home also did some exterior work that was needed after the basement gut. We had window wells installed. The chimney needed work after the completion of the waterproofing and mold removal and we had Mr. Home do those repairs as well. They were professional, very clean and very nice guys to have in our home. We will definitely use them again for other projects!

They were fast and cleaned up after.

The company's workers arrived on-time on a freakishly hot day and worked to quickly complete the installation. It rained the next day, so I was happy to have gutters on the house.
