I hired them to do the tub and I was so happy I had them come back and do the kitchen counters. These were 2 separate jobs jobs. The tub and trim tiles were $880 the counters $875. The price in cost box is a total.

They had to redo the tub 3 times and after a while it started peeling and Miracle Method did not honor the warranty. They were a no show for two of the appointments where my wife already took off from work. It was terrible customer service.

They come in the morning and leave in the afternoon and everything looks perfect. They're on time, they're on schedule and they do what they say they're going to do. The individuals they send are always perfect.

Ray came to take measurements for the estimate. He answered all my questions and made suggestions about what I could have done within my budget. The work crew were on site for two days and were prompt, accommodating and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves so I wouldn't have known they were there except for the shiny gleam coming from the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent! When we called Miracle Method their representative came out within a couple days to look at the job and give us an estimate. They got us on the schedule within a couple weeks. Alix, who did the work, was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the procedure. He explained everything very clearly. He worked quickly and efficiently. After consulting with us he added an unobtrusive non-skid surface which I really like. After completing the tub restoration he came back the following day to reinstall the shower door. There was no mess or trash after the work. AND the job came in considerably below the estimate since he found he did not have to strip the tub to do the restoration. (They had initially restored our tub a number of years ago.) All the people we dealt with communicated clearly with us about each step and - I shouldn't even have to say this - showed up exactly when they said they would. Bottom line: our old tub looks great!

Day 1 - Plumber removed old shower head and faucet - Installed new faucet and Shower head2 - Day 2 - Surround installed and completed install of Faucet and shower head. Day 3 - Bathtub was painted.

They were fantastic. They were nice and neat. It only took them a few hours. It is all nice and smooth. They cleaned up after themselves. They had their own equipment.

The Miracle Method franchise in Ludlow was very prompt about giving an estimate, and scheduling an appointment. The worker arrived as scheduled, and did a wonderful job refinishing the tub. However, because the tub was old, he had problems removing screws to the drain lever, which needed to come off before the refinishing. An extra $40 was tacked onto the bill for the "new screws". When we were finally able to use the shower, we found that the plumbing had not been reconnected properly. The first time we used it, the tub would not drain. Ray, the owner, was very responsive and arrived several hours later to fix the problem. Two days later, water leaked through our new living room ceiling, also as a result of the faulty plumbing job. This time, Ray was quite nasty about things, and insisted that it must be a problem we were responsible for. Now, we are faced with a ceiling repair bill. I would absolutely not recommend this franchise to anyone. The F rating for Professionalism is for the owner, not the worker.

I scheduled the service (after getting an on site estimate) in June but they didn't have an opening until the end of July. Everything went well (takes a day) and the tub looks beautiful. Lots of dust, however.

The experience started fine. I called Miracle Method to provide an estimate on resurfacing my tub and tile in my main bathroom. During the home visit, I learned they also have a side company contracting other work (plumbing, electrical, etc.), which interested me because my entire bathroom really needs a face lift. So I asked for quotes for the full project. Initially, they (Ray was the main contact) seemed responsive, although I did have to call and follow up on getting the quotes. But they were able to answer all my questions positively (are your contractors insured? Yes... Will you provide a detatiled written timeline of when the work will be done? Yes, etc.) Then it got worse. They never called me, I always had to call and follow up. They came out to do floor measurements, then I never heard back. I called about a week later to ask on the status... still hadn't received the timeline, no proof of insurance/licenses from sub-contractors, wasn't sure if/when they were planning to start. The receptionist, who was always friendly, said she'd follow up with Ray and get back to me. I never heard back. So now I'm looking elsewhere. In the meantime, I've talked to others, friends and family, who have used Miracle Method and weren't very satisfied. Apparently responsiveness isn't a strength. They also don't want to hear if you're not happy (or when your tub starts peeling 6 mos. later, even though there's supposed to be a warranty).

Ray came out and gave an estimate of $575 for refinishing the tub. The work was performed and the end product looked fine. We paid $575 as Ray estimated. However, the next time the tub was used, was had a major leak from the pipe. We called an emergency plumber who replaced the cracked pipe and a dry-waller to fix the first floor ceiling where the water had leaked through, which totaled $450 in repairs. The plumber asked if we had work done to the tub recently, and in his opinion that had caused the crack in the pipe and subsequent leak. When I contacted Miracle Method, Ray came out twice to view the pipe, once with his plumber, and took no responsibility. Whether the crack was there before or not, considering we had never had a problem with the tub leaking before, I would have expected some (not all) coverage of the repair expense. But he just insisted it wasn't their responsibility and that was it. He also said that we should have called them when the leak occurred. So note that if you have work done by them, and later find any sort of plumbing problem, you should call the tub re-finisher instead of the emergency plumber!
