They have a good selection and they were knowledgeable.

Job went very well and the only issue I had was that the contract stated they woudl take off the current linleum and add new subfloor. Instead they floored right ontop of the existing flooring. The floors did come out beautiful and the borders aroudn the rooms were cut in perfectly.

Excellent experience from start to finish (June - July 2007). Water Kapinos of Ludlow Land C was very helpful in our selection of two different kinds of hardwood as well as the carpet. He established and kept to a tight schedule as we wanted the work started and completed within a 10 day window of time between our scheduled real estate closing date and moving date. The job was completed in about 6 days and within 30 days from our initial visit to the store to select the flooring. The crew that removed the old flooring was very courteous and very neat in what was an extremely dirty job - removing carpet and liner and sand that had been in place for 20 years through kids and dogs. Jonathan, the person who flawlessly installed the hardwood flooring, worked alone after the removal crew finished their work and coordinated well with the painters from another company who were working to paint some of the same rooms druing the same period. We are now working with Ludlow Land C on another project his spring (2009).
