Marty contacted me a day after my query and we made a plan for him to install a single seamless gutter and downspout the following week. I think Marty called me a couple of times to confirm an installation date and to notify me he was on his way. It was great to have a contractor actually call me to keep me updated. Marty and his partner were friendly, helpful, and the installation work was excellent.

Marty showed up on time as scheduled. He and his crew began hanging the gutters, but the slope was extremely high on one end on two different runs. We asked that he give it a more gradual run. After a bit of discussion, he had his crew drop those ends to a better spot. We have had a bit of a problem with one sections after he left. (not the ones we had them correct) He also forgot to put a couple screws into the downspout brackets. Additionally, several of their screws put substantial cracks in our fascia board. We will be able to fix this on our own, but it was avoidable. We have attempted contacting him many times with no response. It has been two and a half weeks since trying to get ahold of him, but nothing so far. On the positive side, the color we chose matches our trim perfectly and we no longer have water in our basement. The price was exactly as quoted.
