Service was performed same week I called. The technician was professional, introducing himself and and explaining the entire process prior to starting. Even brought indoor shoes as to not make a mess going outside to inside my home. Great job, cleaned up. Would hire again and recommend.

Immediately upon arrival, the technician was totally professional introducing self and communicating in the most polite manner possible. The technician fully explained the tasks he would be performing and during each step if there were any questions and/or concerns. He answered all questions posed to him. The technician demonstrated an exemplary work ethic and suggested options for consideration for the systems to perform more efficiently and he followed up with the options agreed to. He demonstrated a dedication to the business name and cleaned up all areas he performed his services throughout the house. He was constantly working and would fully advise the next step he would be performing. Upon completion of the services, the technician provided photos of the work areas both prior and subsequent to the services performed. The technician went the extra mile to ensure that there was a satisfied customer. Prior to requesting the services from this business I made inquiries to determine the best professional and quality business for the services I needed and all my inquiries resulted in this business. I strongly recommend this business for this type of method.

The owner, and both workers that showed up at our house, were nothing but polite and professional from start to finish. The workers were exceptionally polite, professional, and more than willing to answer any questions and explain the work. Can't recommend them highly enough. Owner Joe was very polite over the phone and explained the process. He encouraged me to shop around before deciding, which I did. The price seemed high at first but was about $100 less then the competition and Joe gave me an appointment only a couple days out. An automated text message let me know when the tech was on the way. Jeremy arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do. He showed me what he found and also sent me before and after photos.

Outstanding owner loaned me a portable air conditioner until the air handler was replaced in 18 days. Loan was at no charge.

Great. Jeremy worked hard, was very clean & careful about keeping the house areas clean while he worked. They even brought a small door mat to wipe feet on.

They texted me when they were on their way. That was awesome as they were pretty much on time. The young man cleaning the ducts was very professional and considerate. As we had a mold problem and mold remediation, he also sprayed an agent into the vents that had no smell but would sanitize the ventilation system. He cleaned up very nicely after he was done and we imagine our air smells much fresher. Or maybe it really does.

The technician arrived on time and explained the process to me. He was efficient and professional. After he left, the air conditioner was working, but later that day it stopped working. I tried to turn it on the following day but it didn't work at all. I called Joe Escalante and told him about it. Joe came right over (this was on Sunday). He found the problem and apologized for the inconvenience and fixed it and he made sure the air conditioner was working. I was very pleased with the customer service.

The cleaning went very well, our house is about 2400 sq. ft. so it took all day and he was very professional and thorough with the cleaning process. A secondary technician came out for the assessment and he was very thorough in asking questions about our concerns and assessing our system. He provided us with detailed estimates regarding cost of the cleaning and some other work that we needed. We really appreciate the details in the invoice/estimate. I knew exactly what was being charged between labor and materials. Sometimes when you get pricing from companies they just give you a flat fee with no explanation of what each cost is; that is not the case with Dustbusters. We knew exactly what they needed for materials and labor time charged. He also gave us a game plan to follow to correct our concerns rather then trying to sell us the whole job at once. He stated we should start with the simplest solution, a cleaning, then move on to some duct work and then seal the system. Having it done in steps helps to spread the work but also gives us stopping points. He even stated after each step if we feel that it is better/ up to par, then just stop there. Very honest and forthecoming. We have true faith in the work performed and are having them back for more work they recommend. No need to shop around, this company is knowledgable and makes a point to explain their process at a very reasonable cost. We highly recommend.
