My experience with this company and its owner went great. Communications going through Angieslist didn't work perfect but after calling him direct, communication was prompt and great. As far as the work he did, it was very thorough. He started in the basement and worked his way back to the sink to find where the clog was, and this wasn't to extend his visit as this was all within the hour of arrival. It's the milking of the billable hour which is why RotoRooter will never come to my house again. John gets A's for communication, performance and price. As I told him on the way out, he's now my 'go to' for this type of work.

I have used Advanced before a couple times. John is excellent, I called late in the day on Monday he was here the next day and took care of the problem quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend him.

The sewer pipe in our 72-year old home decided to become clogged at a rather inopportune time as we had guests visiting from out of state. Having only purchased the home a year prior, we're still updating & learning the home's "needs & personality" and were fortunate to find John at Advanced Sewer & Drain who was able to address the issue quickly. He came earlier than promised that day and was able to clear out all the offending roots in over 100+ft of sewer line all the way to the street/curb, insuring that things were clear the entire stretch with his camera system which I observed. It took about 2 hours in total which I was more than OK with as we now have the peace of mind knowing the state of the sewer pipes especially given the age of the home. He was VERY courteous and professional and I HIGHLY recommend John over lesser plumbers who might not be as well equipped to handle this type of (rather nasty) job.

They responded to the email within 2 min, and were at my house in less than 30 min. My tenants flushed a cheerleader pom pom and tampon which clogged the drain. Advanced cleaned it out for less than $200. Ten years ago I had the same problem and a "Rooter" company charged me $350 for 30 min job. Call Advanced first

I woke up this morning to a sewer back up! I called Advanced Sewer & Drain; and John answered on the 3rd ring. Came right over. Done in an hour. Clean, professional, efficient .... A+ experience! I would and will recommend John/Advanced Sewer & Drain to friends, family and coworkers.

As an educator, I'm sensitive to charges of "grade inflation," but John's straight A performance is well deserved. He was prompt, hard working, personable, extremely skilled, and reasonable. Superb performance!

He was great with my busy-body two year old who had a million questions! He fixed the problem in the time he quoted and gave a reasonable price quote for a long-term solution in the future.

Advanced came 1st thing in the morning after I contacted them the night before through Angie's List. They arrived right on time. They performed the job quickly and very well. They went above and beyond the job when they vacuumed my basement floor to remove the water that had backed up from my pipes. I never asked them....they did it on their own. Very nice people to deal with!!! I would recommend this company to anyone

Emailed John through Angie's list and next morning got a call from John who was very pleasant on the phone. He came over a couple of hours later and took him about two hours to clear out the clog as it seemed to be a pretty major one. He was very courteous and got right to work. He cleaned up after himself. We are very satisfied and happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of John and the work he did. We would definitely used them again if needed.

I called Advanced Sewer and Drain late in the afternoon, and John and Jason arrived promptly early the next morning. They were exceptionally polite and professional, were clear in their observations that my pipes are on borrowed time, and carefully nursed my aging pipes through an unclogging. My tub works for the moment, and now I can get estimates on replacing my ancient pipes. Very grateful!

We had to snake out more than 140 feet of sewer pipe running from my home to the city sewer. Never before have I had someone come with both a camera AND a 4" cutter. Usually they come with a 2-incher - enough to poke a hole. This was what we REALLY needed. We could see the entire pipe going out to the street. If you want it done right, this is the company to call. If you're less than 100 feet from the street, you'll probably pay a lot less than I did. He had to hook on an extension after the first 100' reel was extended. That's very unusual. Ask for John. He's the guy that came to do ours. REALLY happy!

I had tried everything over the course of several weeks to get my tub to drain faster. After only succeeding in getting to drain slower, I gave Advanced sewer & drain a call based on all the great reviews here. They came out the next afternoon. In trying to unscrew the drain trap on the pipe in the basement, a part of the pipe that was rotting was cracking and started to seep water. So they had to replace a section of the pipe that contained the trap. He also used a rooter machine to snake the line clean to the main line. I now have a perfectly draining bathtub again.

Advanced Sewer and Drain did a great job clearing the drain. They came the day after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and got the drain working great. I give them an A grade on almost everything. The only thing I would mark them down on is that I would like them to wear covers on their boots so my home does not get dirty. One of the guys stood on one of my kitchen chairs to reach a trap in the ceiling, and I needed to clean the chair after he left. Overall, they do great work

So you find your self with a plumbing problem. It is Labor day. Everything is closed. You have company on the way water is running all over the floor. What do you do (after you shut off the water) You call these guys Advanced Sewer & Drain You will be amazed. I contacted them via Angies list on a holiday. I less than 15 minutes they called back to set up an early am appointment for the following morning. They showed up on time as promised were very efficient, neat and professional . ..

My kitchen sink was clogged so badly that water shot out of a roof vent when I tried to clear it myself with a hose. I knew it was time to call in the professionals. This was my first time using Advance Sewer & Drain. They were able to come out the next morning and called beforehand to tell me they were on their way. The two men who showed up were professional and friendly. It took Jason nearly 45 minutes of hard work to unclog the drain successfully. He was careful to minimize any water spills and cleaned up thoroughly. For the amount of work they did I thought the price was a real bargain. I couldn't be more pleased.

They arrived in 2 hours and did a very good job.

Called at 6am and they were at my home by 9AM. Finished in 45 minutes.
