Sean was very professional, and took the time to assess our home for the soft power washing. He explained the difference between just blasting high pressure water on the siding, and the soft wash process. By applying eco friendly cleaner to the siding and allowing it to work on the algae and mold, it reduced the need for high pressure cleaning which could possibly damage the siding. Sean was conscientious, and is a hard worker. He took his time and had great attention to detail. He went over areas till he was satisfied they were clean. He reached out to us to confirm when he would arrive, and followed through. His estimate was very fair and on budget. He saw that our small storage shed and rainwater collection tank were covered in algae and just went ahead and cleaned them as well! He also took care of lichen and moss on our roof! The siding and roof look amazing! Sean was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend him to anyone seeking this service. Al and Sue R.

Very quick response and very good communication through txt msg. He helped to seal the gutter connections from leaking. He came back to seal one of the three connections again at no extra charge. Price is very competitive.

SJL was on time, and did exactly what they said they would. The house looks great and we were very happy with the outcome. The list didn't match what was done. We had gutters cleaned, and a softwash on the roof and house.

Sean replied quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. He showed up on time, explained what he found and cleaned out all the gutters and downspouts. One downspout was clogged and not installed well which I was aware of. Sean explained why it got so clogged and offered a solution. Great value for the price. Will hire again.
