Description of Work: Robert and his crew removed ice dams and snow from the roofs of my home. We were having water running into several rooms of our home and needed the dams removed to stop the damage before it caused tens of thousands of dollars of damage. They arrive the same day I called,took pictures, gave me an estimate and started immediately to work on the problem. They were pleasant efficient and had a wonderful since of humor. I appreciated that because it was quite a stressful situation. Barbara, who runs the office and many other areas of the business, is a caring and concerned person and I enjoyed any conversation I had with her. She was very polite and personable, always contacting me about any times of arrival and what would be happening next in the job. I would refer anyone I know to their company with confidence that they would be treated well and have a good job done. They are that type of company.

+ -1 moreThe company called back promptly and scheduled a visit. Upon seeing the extent of work, Bob returned a couple of days later with a camera to take pictures of roof and work to be done. His estimate came promptly and was broken down by area of work. The option to do all or some of the work was given. Bob and crew arrived on the scheduled day and completed the work in one day with no mess left behind. Heavy rains (6 inches) the following three days proved he had completely taken care of the leak.
Description of Work: Repair leak around chimney flashing and cricket area on a large (5' wide by 3') chimney on an older home with slate roof. Replace 20+ slates elsewhere on roof and nail down 40' fascia board around roof that had come loose.

+ -1 moreOur roof was in desperate need of repair and had been neglected for many years prior to our moving in. Robert and his crew were excellent to work with. They arrived when they said they would, worked long hours and kept the area around the house clean. They were courteous to our neighbors and spoke with them about the work and potential debris. They did an excellent job with the copper flashing on the roof's valleys and apron roofs. We are extremely pleased with their service and would recommend them highly. They specialize in slate and copper roofs.
Description of Work: Robert and his workers stripped and replaced the entire roof of our 1897 Victorian. Copper flashing work was done on valleys and apron roofs.
