My water heater failed over Labor Day weekend. Mr. Raby called me right away to make sure he could help. He was close by and came over to look at the situation. By the next couple of days, he and his crew were there to replace the gas water heater with an on-demand Rennai sized for the home. Work was done in one business day with all water turned back on. We did not have to go any time without water service except for a small time when the change out occurred. This was great since we had 5 people in the house. I will be using Raby Plumbing in the future for other plumbing or heating services. He was honest, on time, did good work.

Russ was on time and perfrome the work satisfactorly; however ZI feel that he overcharged me for the work performed ($180 for less than 2 hours work - inlcuded 'travel' time).
