Description of Work: I've been using him for 3-4 years now. When I need a plumber, I call him. He did plumbing services. He fixed the leak in the sinks. He replaced the faucets and the showers.

 + -1 moreI was just shopping around getting quotes from plumbers and Raby Plumbing ordered the part without my permission. I then felt like I was stuck using them, even though they were not my first choice. The was work fine, but the price was even higher than they estimated.

 + -1 moreWhen he performed the work, he made several careless mistakes: First he did not shim the shower pan equally around the walls, this became an real issue for me when installing the shower walls and required extra time to make it work. \ He chipped the acrylic surface and rather then be up front about the issue he attempted to conceal. I later repair the issue with cement Lastly, and the worse of it is he did not center the drain pipe on the drain pan and when he tightened the drain it did properly seal and started to leak. The leak stained the kitchen ceiling and require me to cut into the ceiling and replace the drain pipe and a use a new drain. When I confronted on he work, he said he told me the project was risky and he not be able to fix. Bottom line their should be no reason why you should use this company for any project.
Description of Work: I needed to replace an existing shower in my master bathroom. The project required replacing the drain and shower valve. We had the bathroom finished a few years after building the house and needed an upgrade. I did most of the work on the bathroom but wanted a licensed plumber for the drain and shower work. I chose Raby Plumbing based on their web site and he was local. When he surveyed the work he mentioned that the shower drain needed to be 2inch and what was their was 1.5 inch. Although not code this configuration has never been a problem. I agreed to assume the the smaller drain and he accepted the project. I had purchased a Maxx shower stall and had the base ready for the project. The only thing he needed to do was install the shower pan and drain. Because the pan was not accessible from below he needed to install the drain on the pan and lower it on a new drain pipe and seal it. This was performed on the original shower successfully.
