Rey responded promptly and scheduled a visit the day after his call. He advised me when truck problems forced a delay of a couple of hours. On arrival, he explained what he would be doing and the approximate length of time that the project would take. He answered all of my questions and provided very helpful guidance on further work to be done. I would give customer service a 6 if I could.

Very friendly and professional- however they didn’t finish the job in 1 sitting as originally promised. Then they completely forgot about me and never scheduled a day/time to finish the remaining work. I don’t appreciate it as a first time homeowner.

Required way too much follow-up, the day of getting a text they overbooked and need to move up an hour. After then they were a half-hour late. The person who came in barely looked like he knew what he was going over the question just used umm check with ray. He told us that all the mold spots would be gone after the treatment. I emailed ray 3 days after because there were still stains. To get a replay oh for 1700 you spent we do not remove anything. You will still see the stain and you have to remove it yourself. So I just spent 1700 for what? Horrible service. I would spend your money elsewhere.

Rey was extremely professional and showed great customer services skills. He was able to schedule an appointment for me and charged me a fair price for there services. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who wants a job done properly and professionally.

The company did not show up to the initial appointment. When we called, they rescheduled. They did not provide results at the time they indicated. And they unexpectedly phoned the next morning at 7:15 am. I am sure there are other companies with better service. And I would recommend you avoid this company.
