Make sure the item you rent is complete BEFORE you leave the building.
Description of Work: Rented a pole chainsaw. model (stithl) ?spelling was a 15" model, but was missing proper extending piece and had only a 5 foot reach. Even after I showed them the brochure from the manufacturer with pics of unit with proper parts. I had to use a stepladder in conjunction with the saw. (which wasn't safe or fun.) no break on price was offered.

Had to pick up day before and drop off day after the event. Staff was adequete in helping me work out what I needed. helped me load and unload my truck.
Description of Work: Rented about 50 folding chairs and 6 six foot tables for a party.
