Took old shaker siding down and replaced it with vinyl siding. Placed aluminum flashing around windows and roof fascia. This job was subcontracted to other people. These three men showed up to put up the siding and only one spoke English. Very hard to communicate with. Old siding went off well. New siding was looking good until the finish work. Roof fascia, when finished, was two different colors. I was very upset and had them change it to one color lot. They called me very fussy. Finished work was also very poor. The cut edges were ruff. The calking was dirty and poorly done. Here I was thinking they were the professionals and I got amateurs. Job was to take two weeks and it was over a month. The dump truck was in front of my home for that long ruined my grass. The clean up was poor. I did most of it. I am still picking up nails. So afraid one of my dogs will get stuck. These people are great talkers up front. If you have a job done by these people be around and watch them.
