From the time I requested a quote until the job is finished, I was impressed by the professionalism Marcio and his team. And estimate was provided properly, setting up the date for the work was done quickly and professionally, and the crew arrived for work on time and ready to go to work. They were polite, hard-working and attentive to details. Drop clause were laid out even in rooms where they were not working so that if they walked through them nothing would track onto the floors. They cleaned up well after themselves and moved furniture back into place. I appreciate professionalism and good customer service, and received both for Marcio and his team.

Receive quote to replace the ceiling in my bathroom. I have an older home with a drop ceiling in the bath. He spent five minutes in my home and provided an estimate. I decided I wanted to go through with it. An electrician came to quote for electrical to add a ceiling fan and outlets etc. the electrician called Marcio to get more details and discovered Marcio was not going to do any framing or removal of the original ceiling hidden by the drop ceiling. I canceled the work order. Marcio said no problem. An office admin called me the next day and tried to get me a new quote adding the work necessary to do it right. I said no several times and she continued to push. I recommend you do not use Master Plastering. I escaped being scammed.

The appraisal process was easy, the pricing was competitive and the work was spectacular. If I didn't know that there used to be holes in my wall I's never be able to tell.

We were very happy with the work that the team did to remove wallpaper and to prep and paint the walls afterward.
