+ -1 moreJosh is very meticulous, studying each situation and evaluating the best solution before he starts work. He likes to educate his clients and discuss with them his approach. He will sometimes suggest basic maintenance that never would have occurred to me (e.g., cleaning refrigerator coils). He's not the kind of workman you can leave alone for hours. Be prepared to be called upon to see his work periodically. But when he's done, you will be quite happy with both the quality of the job and the price.
Description of Work: I've had Josh do a number of jobs in my home, from basic handyman stuff like repairing bulkhead stairs that had come detached from the wall, installing curtain rods and wall brackets, filling holes in and refinishing doors, installing weather stripping and installing/respacing shelves in a pantry to configuring my TV/DVD/amplifier setup. He described to me the range of services he performs as "From Windows to windows."
