I wish we had called Insul-Kings sooner! Our kitchen pipes kept freezing due to a poor remodeling design. They quickly assessed the situation and completed the job the next day! They were communicative and professional. So grateful!

These guys are superb! After contacting Angie's List, my phone immediately rang and a knowledgeable, articulate, professional Insul-Kings representative asked about my insulation needs, arranged an estimate within a week, and the job was completed the next day. Not to mention that they called to confirm both appointments and showed up at exactly the appointed time. The workers were efficient, polite and very professional. And they cleaned up thoroughly. Best home repair experience I have EVER had, bar none.

We had Edwin and his team at our house, and we are so pleased with the work that was done. We’re already seeing a huge improvement in the heat staying within the house. One of our boy’s bedrooms has always been cold, but less than 24 hours after the service was completed, we noticed the room nice and toasty – this has never been the case during the cold months. The weather strips placed on our doors has gotten rid of the drafts making our large living room (with cathedral ceilings) warmer as well. I had also asked Edwin to take a look at another space that I was concerned about and he took the time to stay and check it out. Wonderful customer service!

Dave, Steve and the crew did a wonderful job re-insulating our attic. They were thorough and made sure everything was done completely to make our home more energy efficient.

They did my stand-alone garage, 16" deep my walls they added vents. they recommended 10" but the price was so low i added 6 mor inches. and the savings covered more than half of the cost for my mini-split that i am installing.

Great experience overall with Isul-Kings. Local business, strong communication throughout the whole process (Multiple options with different price points explained thoroughly, along with finding a date for install), installation was quick and clean and the results were felt immediately in my home. We were contacted by Insul - Kings after going through the Mass save program. Scheduling the work was a breeze and they communicated with us throughout about the arrival time, estimated work hours and what kind of work would they be doing. They arrived right on time with three personnel. To start, they had us close down all the windows of the house and sealed the front door with a fan pulling air to check the sealing of the house. Then they proceeded with checking the CO level and finally started the insulation work. They checked all the doors and sealed the leaky ones. A majority of the time was spent in adding the insulation in the attic. Post insulation work they rechecked the sealing of the house and showed us the number which dropped, showing efficacy of the work they put in. Hardworking, communicative, transparent and easy to work with would be the words I'll use to describe them. Without hesitation, I'll have them if more work is needed in the future.

Very good and efficient

Very happy working with Insukings and happy with the results. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, worked with us to determine how to best insulate our attic while keeping costs down.

They were on time. The cleaned up one spot before they moved to the next. They explained what they planned to do. They did it and they left the house as good as they found it. They were also very friendly and polite.

The service tech was very professional

The gentleman was very efficient, pleasant , thorough. He even made me aware of a problem with my furnace, ( taking care of that now l THANK YOU

They didn't came prepared to do the job

Outstanding service, easy to deal with. Service technician was a professional, efficient and thorough. Don't expect a service like this to happen quickly, set up time and cleaning is an art in itself. Dust Kings is definitely world-class in what it does best. They are not a "blow and go" service. I am totally satisfied and would highly recommend them for any duct cleaning project.

These guys quoted the lowest. Edwin came out and was super professional and was excited to proceed with him doing the work. Unfortunately when they came to do the work someone completely different than Edwin arrived. I don't know his name but his truck was a disaster and so was he. He was a mess. He clearly didn't know what he was doing, took way too long, and when finished the job was done incorrectly and not how it was quoted. It took forever for customer service to finally get back to me (over a week). Finally Edwin came and redid the work. Unfortunately he did do a couple things wrong but it's good enough.

Overall experience was great, they cleaned our vents and intakes very thoroughly.

Terrible time working with these guys. It was a nightmare of a time after the blew three holes in my walls and filled my living space with insulation. After a long fight they did a half a** job cleaning my house, only offered to dry clean my blankets and pillows after I complained several time. Took them about 2 months to get me my things back. I said I wanted a receipt from the dry cleaners to confirm they were not lying about how long it took the dry cleaners. They lied to me about telling mass save what happened. Mass save had no idea about them blowing my walls in. Mass save was under the impression they finished the job which they did not. They stopped half way through. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Terrible company. I will leave reviews on every platform I can to prevent anyone else getting a headache from them. Better business bureau will hear more from me about this business.

The were on budget and efficient.

Removing old insulation and adding new can be a messy job but once the job was done the house looked great. They started and completed the job on time. Only glitch was on the initial day of the job, had to stop because some knob and tube wiring was found. This was old wiring not connected to a power supply but had to get an electrician to certify. I wish the estimator would have found that when the estimate was prepared. I was an easy fix, but required us to reschedule to another day.
