+ -1 moreSpoke with the owner. Said he'll call me back with a time once he checked his schedule. Never did. Called and left 2 messages. Nothing! Ended up with a split pipe and likely need to replace the irrigation system as a result since I couldn't get someone else in time (that's my fault). But at least return multiple messages and let me know that you can't do the work. Would never recommend or hire again!
Description of Work: Icon winterized my irrigation system last year. I called for same service this year.

Description of Work: I called Icon to get an estimate for installing lawn sprinkler system with microsprinklers in perrinial flower beds and my call was aswered promptly with scheduling at my preference. The owner was very professional, describing service and equipment in detail..so much in fact I had a real sense of confidence. Costs were negotiated etc and despite deciding that I need to wait due to budgetary concerns, Icon would will be my first choice when the time comes to purchase.

+ -1 moreIcon had very little lead time from me as i was working with other landscape contractors, but they came out and got the job done in the short window we had. They are always responsive to calls and did a great job getting everything set up. I would highly recommend them for any irrigation needs you have.
Description of Work: I was having work done in back yard with new sod and needed my exisitng irrigation updated and replaced in certain areas. They installed new sprinker hose and heads and tied it to an exisitng irrigation system.

Description of Work: Ian Conant has been our sprinkler guy for more than 10 years. We may have been one of his first customers. He put in our sprinkler system in our first house & maintained it for us. Then we moved and still have him come down (way out of his way) to maintain this system. I wish he had put this one in. He takes care of my sister's sprinkler system too. He is a very nice guy. I am happy to see his business growing. I recommend Icon Irrigation to anyone.

+ -1 moreIan is a very pleasant and a professional person. He is very thorough and reasonably priced. He has a great work ethic and is punctual every time. I would recommend him to others in the area.
Description of Work: They inspected the in-ground irrigation system for my third of an acre lawn, checking for leaks. The work took 1 hour and they come around twice a year.
